Best hotel at airport + From the moment we checked in Stacey was so friendly. We stayed for 3 nights on our last day it was our nieces birthday and we decided to have a picnic in the family area outside. On Sunday morning, I went to the front desk, Diane was so accommodating notifying the houseman that we would be using the grounds outside. The rooms are updated and are impeccably clean. We have stayed at properties at the airport and this is our favorite hotel by far.

Newly renovated and fantastic + With so many Bonvoy properties around Pearson, I haven't stayed at the Toronto Airport Marriott in over 20 years. It was always priced higher than neighbouring properties and, with what appeared to be its most recent renovation dating back to 2008, I simply never saw the value in paying more for what looked like an aging hotel. Boy, was I surprised. As someone who practically lives in hotels with Ambassador status, it's easy to point out the things that were done wrong and detract from an otherwise positive experience. Hat's off to the team who upgraded this hotel properly. Instead of the typical "lipstick on a pig" bathroom renovation, where an old bathroom gets a new vanity while the original 1980 door and ceiling access panel are simply painted over for the fifth time, it seems like they actually renovated. Very relaxing stay and refreshing 😌 + Restaurant staff very attentive and entertaining.. − The staff in the linen with a dreadlocks never been helpful in the elevator .totally don't want to engage conversations.just look at us strangling to move our stuff. FIFA World Cup 2026 - Portugal vs Croatia 2:1 + The hotel is near the airport, and it offered free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30minutes. The staff was polite, and the whole hotel was nicely decorated in the World Cup theme. They gave us free beverages, as well as free ice cream. The room is spacious and rhe beds were comfortable. − Our biggest problem was the deposit we gave to the hotel. We ended up extending our stay for one more night, and we are not exactly sure if our deposit was returned. We asked at the reception, but it was not properly explained to us, and we honestly have no idea. Also the restaurant in the hotel had a decent food, but nothing special.

+ Handy location, close to airport. Lovely property. Clean and inviting. Appreciated the staff accommodating us as best they could for an earlier check in since we arrived on an early flight and were completely exhausted. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would def stay again! − The buffet was very good. I would have liked to have free breakfast available.

Overpriced and poorly managed. + Room was clean and newly renovated. Close to the highway. − The room was way too expensive for what you got. I had prepaid for breakfast and my wife went to get some and bring it back to our room. The breakfast was buffet style. She loaded up a plate for both of us and then was a sailed by a staff member who clearly was on a power trip. My wife was told to eat what she had. A simple sign that blocked the path into the area and told people, “Please wait to be seated”, would have avoided the situation.

+ Beautiful place and good proximity to the airport with airport complimentary shuttle. − Renovation was ongoing while guests were in, we suffered noise for over 2hrs before we were relocated to the top floor.

Wonderfully convenient, comfortable, delicious dining at the Toronto Airport Marriott! + I especially appreciated the Marriott hotel restaurant and snack stand. The snack stand was a delight with really nice breakfast offerings available. The restaurant I visited twice and was greeted and served by the kindest staff—absolutely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Also, kudos to the cook; the bibimbap was outstanding. Likewise, my room was very clean and had an exceptional view of the city. Having an airport shuttle was a definite plus, making my visit that much easier to navigate. The front desk was wonderfully welcoming and professional. − The room was lovely and built to be quiet, but the door allowed the noise of the hallway to be distracting. I spent my morning lounging before an evening concert, and I appreciated the privacy honored when I hung the privacy notice.
