+ Shuttles were very nice. Airport free, cruise port reasonable $. Bed very comfortable. Quiet even though it is on a busy street. − No microwave in the room.Room was pretty small for the price.

Not Worth IT + This hotel is dingy and drab with small rooms that don't resemble the online photos. There is only a bed, poor lighting, an uncomfortable chair and a built in desk. The room was clean-ish, but it smelled of cheap, artificial floral cleaner. The bathroom floor was very sticky. The shower was not safe....no rubber mat, no grab bar and a slick surface. It was a depressing place.

Very accommodating staff and nice hotel + We arrived at the airport and was unable to contact the hotel for a shuttle. Finally we saw a shuttle and arrived at the hotel. We were there before check in time but told them the trouble we had contacting them. They were having phone problems that caused the issue - something they had no control over. The receptionist, Jasmine, was very accommodating and explained the problem. Due to the problem she upgraded our room and allowed everyone in our party to check in early. We were acknowledged every time we were in the lobby and treated very cordially. They did a fantastic job making up for a situation that they didn't create. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean and welcoming..Thanks Jasmine and Anastasia for your kindness!!! ,

I would recommend as an overnight stay , due to location and ease to get something to eat. + Good location . Adjoining restaurant was a benefit and the food and service was good − A bit dated. First receptionist we met , had (language) difficulty understanding the answers we gave to her questions

+ The staff were nice ish didn't talk to them a lot and the bed was nice and big − It was really expensive for not a lot of accommodations, no bathtub/pool and no microwave or utensils which was hard but not blaming them for that. The tv guide also didn't work which was a little annoying.

+ Free shuttle to begin. Lovely comfortable room. Cafe on site − Some staff were a little abrupt although they were busy.

+ Bed was comfortable − As a BW Plus, I thought it was very lacking. Extremely small room, 1 uncomfortable chair, no table, coffee maker right at ghe head of the bed.

+ location near airport − the front entrance is only accessible by shuttles entrance which comes down a long back alley entrance from the parking lot is not wheelchair accessible. The hotel shuttle to the airport was dirty with stained seats
