מלון מהמם צוות עובדים חייכנים וילה מהממת בריכה משגעת חוויה מהממת מלון אחד המלונות הכי טובים בעולם + לא יודעת מאיפה להתחיל המלון הצוות האוכל השירות הכל בהכל 10/10 , וילות מהממות היו לנו שתי וילות אלרמאל שאי אפשר לתאר את היופי שבהן האוכל טעים השירות מדהים העובגים אין אםיחו אחד שלא ריבל אותנו בסבר פנים יפות לא היה חסר כלום , שירות ה buggy והשאטלים מהוילה לכל מקום במתחם היה זריז ומהיר , בריכה פרטית משגעת החיות באות כל יום ליד הבריכה הרגשה אובה מאוד orex ו איילות קטנות , ואאאו של מלון נחזור בקרוב − כלום הכל היה מהמם

Food at the buffet was good, not so much viriety for breakfast and dinner honestly, but good. + Lobby looks great, main restaurant and Zuma as well. − 1. Booked Villa for 3, had to call few times and ask to third bathrobe, third cup for the tea and towels etc🤷🏻♀️ 2. Once you need to call O it is ok to stay without an answer. 3. Villa 100% needs a renovation, everything is clean but bedroom and terrace are tired.

+ Swietne miejsce na weekendowy relaks. Wille zapewniaja pelna prywatnosc co w polaczeniu z wlasnym basenem pozwalaja na niezapomniane przezycia i pelen relaks. Bardzo mila i pomocna obsluga, ktora sprawia, ze goscie czuja sie wyjatkowo. Jedzenie wysmienita, bardzo duzy wybor. − Nie ma sie do czego przyczepic. Topowe miejsce w oryginalnej scenerii.

Perfect place for a love retreat + The room was the best of it all. Comfy, gigantic, welcoming, and so well designed. The bathroom by itself was an attraction. And the exclusive pool in the room was incredible, perfect on temperature and depth. And the view was so mesmerizing. We spent the nights sitting outside and gazing at the desert and at the stars. − The common-area pool was a bit of a letdown. In summer days, must be hard to endure hanging there because most places are 100% exposed to the heat.

Incredible service and stay! + This is our second time at Ritz Al wadi and we had a wonderful stay! Mr. Amr went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect from the moment we pulled into the hotel lobby until checkout. His level of attention and care truly made our stay very special and memorable. From catering our early check in, making sure our villa was ready, and even went the extra mile to have it decorated for my birthday which made it that much more special! Chef Anas and Mr. Saber at the restaurant were wonderful, going beyond the basic level of service to ensure we left very happy after every meal. We cannot say enough great things about the hotel, overall level and quality of service and will definitely be coming back and continue to celebrate our milestones with Ritz! Mr. Amr, Mr. Saber, Chef Anas, Pablo, Saber, and the entire team, Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality!
