+ Great location and facilities. Staff were exceptional, particular shout out to Aydrin and Fatima who went above and beyond! − 2 pools were under maintenance but summer strikes me as the time to do such work.

We went to celebrate my son’s graduation. We stayed in a sea view one bed room suite which was absolutely beautiful. The + It’s huge with broad hallways. It has a relaxed vibe − The limited dining options

Please bring the old hotel back + Location us good − Sun beds dusty and not cleaned or maintained for what seems months, sofa in king junior suite broken and caved in, service from staff and restaurent was appalling. I understand tourism is down but this level of poor service was not accepted.

Bad check-in and room management + Staff at the restaurants and bars were very nice and polite, but the room allocation + noise from guests next door spoilt the all experience. − Check-in and room assignment was very bad. 1. I was with my partner for a romantic weekend away. In my special request (when I booked) I asked only for 1 thing ... a quiet room, possibly in an area with no noise. 2. At the check in, instead, they assigned us a room with a connecting door to another room occupied only by very young kids (very noisy). Their parents should have had the connecting room with their own kids ... no? why us? 3. The noise and screaming was non-stop and it turned out to be pretty bad for the all weekend. 4. I wonder why a 5 star hotel can have such a bad check-in process and room management / organisation ... hotels like the Waldorf should have a dedicated areas (or floor) for families with kids separated from area (or floor) with couples only and adults. Terrible + Well I was there few years ago but during my visit 2 days ago I was shocked the atmosphere , the service , the buffet the dinner and breakfast with the price I pay 2,300+ are so poor, very poor ! I’m very disappointed. I came back because my experience few year ago was extravagant. Let me add also the beach you can’t walk as the sand sea are painful and sharp. I have lost money for nothing which I expected more relaxation I ended up staying in our room. − What I didn’t like is the above comments. Only the room I like nothing else

The best hotel in RAK! Relaxing by gettting pampered. + I liked the warm welcome upon arrival by Mr Hassan and Mr Francis, I felt immediately like coming home :). Friendly staff, amazing food in the all day dining restaurant, breakfast and dinner. Big compliments to the Chef and team. I really switched off and had some very relaxing days. − hotel maintenance works at 1 am, it was very noisy

+ We had the most comfortable stay here..each n every staff member was very friendly , helpful with smiling face..room was very clean n spacious. Breakfast was with excellent variety. Other restaurant options also has very good food ..Location was great as to do other activities around. Ambiance of whole hotel was excellent − Don't find anything not to like
