Congratulazioni allo staff, hotel perfetto per visitare Tbilisi! + Struttura molto accogliente in un palazzo d’epoca ristrutturato e arredato con grande gusto. Staff molto disponibile. Ottima colazione preparata al momento.

A beautiful stay with lots of character and true Georgian hospitality + We had a great stay! The hotel is in a lovely district of the city and has a beautiful, original design that gives the place a lot of character. The room was very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a great shower. Despite being in the city, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it very easy to get a good night’s sleep. Most importantly, Giorgi was a wonderful host. He gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel genuinely at home - a true experience of the Georgian hospitality.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Hotelmanager Giorgi: unglaublich freundlich, kompetent und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Egal welches Anliegen oder welche Frage wir hatten – Giorgi reagierte sofort, fand unkompliziert eine Lösung und kümmerte sich mit aussergewöhnlichem Engagement um alles. Seine Schnelligkeit, Professionalität und unkomplizierte Art haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 10 von 10 Punkten – eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Tiflis!

+ Мы останавливаемся в этой гостинице каждый раз, когда приезжаем в Тбилиси. Мы приезжаем, как домой, знаем, что нас помнят и ждут. Всегда теплый прием, внимательное отношение, вкусный и щедрый завтрак. А еще мне нравится, как оформлена гостиница, и что это историческое здание. − Подушки могли бы быть более удобными :)

Tranquilidad en Tbilisi + Nos encantó la flexibilidad del check in, el desayuno y la atención vía WhatsApp con el personal de hotel previo q la llegada, durante estancia e instrucciones check in. − Por decir un punto de mejora, la habitación que nos tocó a nosotros no tenía cortinas opacas y yo me desperté pronto. Pero la otra pareja de amigos si que tenían cortinas opacas. Pero lo dicho, no es una crítica sino un punto de mejora ya que repetiría en dicho hotel 😃
