Blisko do centrum. + Lokalizacja ok. pokoje o bdb standardzie. − Recepcjonista nie chciał nas zameldować bez paszportów !!!! Dowód Polski nie był dla niego wystarczający. Był nie miły delikatnie mówiąc (a my byliśmy w hotelu o 23.00, zmęczeni) ale w ostateczności zrozumiał, jakie powinny być relacje pomiędzy nami i pomógł z opłatami za zaparkowane samochody.

+ Отель расположен в центре города. Номера чистые и уютные. Персонал очень приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Отдельная благодарность Елене, сотруднице кухни, за её доброжелательность и заботу. В отеле было очень уютно. − Окна номера выходят на проезжую улицу. Из-за сильного шума открыть их на ночь невозможно. На завтраке небольшой выбор блюд.

+ Location - surrounded by bars, cafes, stores, pharmacies, short walk to Liberty square Room - very spacious, comfy, with all needed stuff to rest after travel (like slippers, kettle, water, coffee/tea, etc) Single use napkins in bathroom - I was very surprised to see these (and happy!) − Soundproofing - the windows seem to have 0 effect on isolating noise from the road outside, and the cars didn't stop even at night, so if you are a light sleeper, ask a room that doesnt face the street (not sure they have those, though)

+ 初到第比利斯连住三晚，前台服务热情。房间不大但设施齐全，卫生做得不错。体验很不错，于是又预订了从从卡兹别克山区返程度后的一晚 − 预订的当天，Booking平台已收到预订确认信，酒店方面也单独发送过确认邮件，全程没有收到任何变更、取消类通知。 当天下午5点左右抵达酒店办理入住，前台女工作人员开始没说什么，只让我出示护照，核验完我的护照之后，却告知原本分配给我的一楼的两间房间水管故障，无法供水，建议我另外去找别的酒店，现场没有给出替换的备选房间方案。我们一家人大包小包一身臭汗本来想入住，却被告知让我们另外找酒店，可这时候进来好几波办理入住的客人都顺利入住了。后续酒店另一位工作人员提出帮我就近安排替代住宿，出去找了十分钟后回来领我们去了另外一家家庭旅馆，说很好并且价格一样，我们过去看了只是一家条件差距很大的家庭旅馆，不管硬件设施、服务标准还是卫生状况，都远低于原预订酒店的水准，因为太累太热，又带着行李和小孩，我们一家只想迅速找个地方歇脚，只好入住了，房间空调制冷效果很差，整晚住得闷热难受，此次入住体验非常糟糕。 第一，我 对酒店的管理提出严肃质疑，为什么出现问题不提前告知顾客？我们从山区开了三个多小时回到酒店，本来就想顺利入住，可告可得到的结果是让我们换其他酒店，这个在中国国内是会受到严重惩罚的现象。为什么后来的其他国籍的客人入住都顺利办理了？我严重怀疑酒店歧视中国人。第二对比国内携程等平台，Booking没有履行有效的平台监管，造成我的行程与时间损失，还有不好的旅行体验。
