We travelled as a couple and stayed at calm villa, the location is outstanding and the staff were extremely kind. The st + The location is amazing, calm atmosphere and everything was very clean!

+ Everyone is well organised and the service is great. The breakfast is a highlight. Rrally recommend. Close to the beach,only 7 min by foot. Great and quiet villa. Close to everything and still really calm. Great poll amd comfortable room.

Relaxing beautiful perfect + Loved this villa so much it was prefect for the 2 nights we stayed. Would have loved to stay longer. it was quiet and so relaxing − Was a little out of the way to get places ( was also our first time staying at Seminyak which could have been the problem as we didn’t know where to go)

+ The bed was very comfortable and the layout flowed well. The furniture and style were modern and fresh. AC and fan worked well. − Weren't able to use the bath as the water wouldn't come out the faucet, it was leaking internally from the flexi hose beneath the tiles. Someone came out at 8pm to look at it, which is great but unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it so we couldn't have a bath for the one night that we stayed.

+ Quieter part of Seminyak on a quiet street. 7 minute walk to beach through back streets where there are good beach bars to watch the sunset. Villa was very clean and good facilities. Breakfast was great and Warung Jennings just down the street was excellent. We would stay here again. − Bit hard to get to other areas of Seminyak like Double beach due to traffic.

+ Staff were friendly and the pools were a large size. The floating breakfast was a highlight! − Took a while for showers to heat up and personally could have been hotter but that’s personal preference :)
