+ Staff was wonderful. Hospitable and polite. Cant say enough about them. Thry made sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was with many options. Excellent location. − The balcony door wadnt working when we checked in. It got sorted the next day.

Если везде занято. + Привет очень давно живу в этой сетке отелей везде. Очень нравится отель в Унгасане. первый раз поселился в этот отель. Он очень уставший и бельё серое. надо сменить прачечную. В целом чисто. персонал старательный. − Уставшие номера не стоят своих денег. Серое бельё тоже не соответствует ожиданиям.

Beautiful rooms, great pool, excellent service. + The room was very large, super clean and facilities excellent. Easy pool access and someone at the Splash Bar consistently during the times you would expect. The entire team were wonderful, from check-in to restaurant to breakfast to housekeeping - all brilliant at their jobs and delightfully friendly. Special mention to Sri who asked for our names and used them throughout our stay. She set a great example of high quality service and professionalism. − The location isn't brilliant, but easy walking via beach or high streets to central Seminyak. The hotel reception will arrange cabs and there is a golf cart shuttle a few times during the day.

Amazing + Very clean rooms. Bagus did an excellent job ! − Big rooms, nice pool and amazing breakfast. Central location on walking distance beach. Great koi carp pond and gym was ok.

An exceptional hotel stay combines warm service with great comfort with few minor setbacks + Comfortable beds, spacious room for family of 4(Junior Suite), Amazing lap pool. Breakfast was good with lot of options. Staff were very helpful. − For afternoon Tea(4pm to 6pm) at level 6, we saw couple of lizards around the open food(desserts). Day 1 towels were near new however on day 2 the towels were quite old and we couldn't use it. When notified they were replaced immediately.

We loved staying here, and are booked to come back here next year. + We stayed in the Junior suite, and it was a large and spacious room. We loved the staff, they were amazing the whole time we stayed. There was nothing that was a problem for them, and they were all happy and cheerful. My 2 year old girl loved feeding the large koi in the garden. We found the place not loud and the pool area not too overcrowded. The breakfast was great. − When we first arrived, there were no blankets or pillows for our two boys who were sleeping on the large sofa bed. This was quickly fixed by house keeping. I found the laundry was quite expensive.

Acceptable but not great. − had difficulity with the payment for breakfast and instead had to buy a credit instead of paying for the breakfast. Also this was non refundable. Bad karma. Had a terrible dinner one night so did not eat dinner there again. The main entrance is high form the road has lots of steps and ramps which are difficult for luggage and people with leg problems.
