+ Wonderfully friendly staff, comfy room, and relaxing place to stay and only a short walk to the busy parts of Kuta. Gym is a 10 min drive away but really great facility

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen, die Lage war jedoch gut. + Die Lage war zentral. − Das Zimmer war etwas schmutzig und die Bettwäsche sowie Tücher muffig und stinkig. Alles war extrem feucht im Zimmer und stinkig. Es kam nie ein Zimmerservice. Ein Scooter konnten sie uns nicht organisieren, selbst haben wir es direkt geschafft.

+ La struttura esternamente è bellissima. Giardino molto curato, piscina magnifica sembra di essere in un paradiso tropicale. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Si sta molto bene − Gli interni sono un po trascurati, pochi punti di appoggio. Asciugamani del viso erano quelli microscopici da ospiti. Il prezzo non è economico e manca il servizio di colazione. In Indonesia lo hanno anche in strutture più semplici. La stanza viene rifatta solo a richiesta ma dovrebbe essere rifatta quotidianamente.

Quiet stay, friendly staff, a short walk from everything + The staff is very welcoming and will do everything they can to help. The room is functional and clean. The street sees little traffic since access is restricted, making it nice and quiet. − The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way from the main street, though everything is within a 10-15 minute walk.

A little oasis! + It’s a cute little calm oasis in a very busy town. It is located on the edge, opposite the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the beach club which is well worth a visit!! The rooms were all clean and spacious. Ours was on the second floor which was great as we were able to enjoy a morning cuppa on the balcony in the sunshine! It’s a 15min walk into the centre of Kuta. The staff were all fantastic and super helpful! Recommend if you want to avoid the noise and dust of Kuta centre − Hot water isn’t guaranteed!

+ La professionalità e la cortesia del personale, in particolar modo Alfi ci ha accolto in maniera eccezionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la torta di compleanno e la composizione floreale sul letto per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Lo staff ci ha suopportato in tutte le nostre richieste, ad esempio la prenotazione taxi e scooter. È sicuramente una struttura che consiglierei.

Buena estancia + Esta enfrente de la playa de Kuta del centro andando 10 minutos con tiendas de camino y en moto a dos. La verdad que si no quieres el ruido y caos del centro esta perfectamente ubicado. La zona Es segura para caminar de noche y hay seguridad. La habitacion, la suite deluxe, es amplia y grande, no se las demas. Es un lugar calmado, con vegetacion y no hay ruido de noche. Hacen la habitacion cada dia y cambian toallas si las dejas en el suelo sucias. − Segun que personal te toque no se enteran mucho. Habia una chica que sabia perfectamente lo que hacia pero otra que estaba perdidisima. Tienen cositas de Asia que si estas acostumbrado a viajar pues no te queda otra que aceptarlas, pero por ejemplo llegar y que te digan que la habitacion estara un poco mas tarde porque estan rezando puede ser un poco shock cultural para algunos. Lo unico que no me gusto es la ducha,que se acumula el agua. Aunque es mono hubiera preferido tener un plato de ducha.

Begli spazi esterni ma camera standard minuscola + Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Bella la piscina e il giardino. − La stanza e il bagno erano veramente piccoli, senza spazi di appoggio. Per il prezzo pagato onestamente mi sarei aspettata di meglio.
