+ Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer mir Zugang zum Pool. Super Lage, man ist direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war hervorragend. − Es war etwas laut von der Straße her, aber es wurden Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer vorbereitet. Der Pool könnte etwas öfter sauber gemacht werden. Ansonsten war alles super.

Wonderful and incredible stay. Staff was very polite a d accommodating. + Location near to a lot of F&B outlets − A bit noisy at night as there was music bar next to the hotel.

This hotel is exceptional from staff to the hotel itself. + This hotel was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty with excellent hospitality. One of our family members was travelling alone and got ill. We booked the Harmony Villas and asked the staff to help him since he was travelling alone. They took unbelievable care of him, making sure he was comfortable, checking in on him and bringing him food. They updated us on how he was doing. The villa was very comfortable, clean and restful for him to recover in. My family will never forget the kindness, warmth and dedicated attention and hospitality of the staff, along with the lovely hotel environment. − We only have positive things to say about this wonderful hotel and staff.

+ The location is very good. It is very central and walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. The space itself is quite nice, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are quite big, especially the toilet. − One thing that we felt missing from the room was a table that we could work on. There was no desk and we stayed here a few days and did some work, so not having a table was a bit of a downer.

Un peu décue, mais si vous cherchez une bonne localisation pour sortir le soir, foncez + Les lits étaient très confortables. L'hôtel est situé en plein coeur du quartier animé de Kuta, ce qui peut etre agréable pour les gens qui veulent s'amuser et renter tard. Si vous voulez vous coucher tôt, je vous déconseille. − Trop de bruit la nuit, heureusement qu'il y avait des boules Quies. Beaucoup de lumière qui rentre dans la chambre.

+ I had a room with a private pool. The pool was small, but efficient. Wifi was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the facilities were good. − I couldn't lock the outside entrance when I went out.

Très bel établissement et très bien situé + L’établissement est très joli et bien situé − Le petit bémol dans cet établissement, c’est que les transats si nous ne louons pas de bungalow, ils ne sont pas à notre disposition D’autre part, les serviettes de toilette n’étaient pas toujours très propres j’ai trouvé des traces de rouge à lèvres dans une de mes serviettes
