− Il faut attendre que l'on vienne nous chercher à une drop zone car le complexe n'est pas accessible en voiture. Idem pour la salle de repas, elle se situe à l'extérieur de la villa. Pas de piece de vie intérieure commune.

5 star hotel experience + Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and always helpful. We had the floating breakfast and honeymoon decorations which were very surprising. − The breakfast was simply good and it’s served nearby but was not at the level of the accommodation.

Das Brauchen wir nicht nochmal !! + Das Frühstück war gut, geringe Auswahl aber gut. − Leider war unser Aufenthalt von mehreren Problemen überschattet. Bereits bei der Ankunft ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche war bereits benutzt und wurde erst auf unseren Wunsch hin ausgetauscht. Auch die Pools der Villen waren recht kühl, da sie nur wenig Sonne abbekommen. Besonders enttäuschend waren jedoch die massiven Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Am ersten Abend gab es plötzlich kein warmes Wasser mehr. Obwohl wir das Problem sofort gemeldet hatten, war es am zweiten Abend noch immer nicht behoben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir teilweise überhaupt kein Wasser mehr – nicht einmal zum Zähneputzen. Wir mussten schließlich im Nachbarhaus duschen. Als wir am dritten Abend zurückkamen, bestand das Problem weiterhin. Daraufhin bekamen wir ein neues Haus zugewiesen. Leider gab es auch dort direkt mehrere technische Mängel. Nachdem ich das Haus kontrolliert hatte, mussten …

Ubud was exactly what I needed! It was peaceful, calm and a world away from the busyness of Bali. The villa was a real h + I loved the location - It was just out of central Ubud but close enough to jump on a scooter. The private villas are also so good for privacy and time out. You could go for a walk in the morning without all the hustle and bustle of cars (yes scooters) but it was so good to be able to go for a walk. − Nothing

Een prima en verzorgd verblijf + De accommodatie ziet er mooi en verzorgd uit. De kamers waren schoon, het zwembad en de omgeving zijn sfeervol en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Over het algemeen hebben we een prima verblijf gehad. − De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij helaas wat minder. Voor wat je betaalt, hadden we iets meer verwacht van zowel de kamer als de ligging. De kamers zijn daarnaast erg gehorig. Vooral de trap hoor je heel duidelijk De accommodatie is zeker niet slecht, maar naar onze mening net iets te duur voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Minpunt dat je de ontbijt niet op de kamer kan krijgen best een end moet lopen ervoor

Good villa but Average. + Pretty villa − Toilet dispenser dont work. Very less. The check in time was not followed and checked in very late as it wasnt ready. Meeting point v far away from villa so needed to bug the dtaff for buggy rides again and again. The meeting was uphill so the buggy didnt go up most times and elderly couldnt walk uphill. The restaurant was far from property had to again get the buggy. The breakfast incouded wasnt worth it. Average food and ala carte, had to pay for many things. Disappointing food and breakfast. The cafe wss unsafe as not secured properly for kids. My daughterter almost fell of the restaurant first floor.
