Ubud lenta + Tranquilla tra le risaie, lontano dal caos di Ubud − Spa tanto decantata impossibile da utilizzare perché sempre piena…avevo un massaggio incluso nel mio soggiorno che non ho potuto utilizzare…e non li é stato ovviamente rimborsato

+ Tranquil. Relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre. − On site restaurant was ‘ok’. Good but not great. Sunloungers beside the main pool could do with refreshing. Bed in the room was rock solid.

Un cadre agréable et reposant. + Nous avons passé une nuit dans une suite, un peu bruyante car située à proximité du restaurant, puis deux nuits au calme dans une villa. Les villas sont harmonieusement disposées autour d’un jardin luxuriant agrémenté d’une très belle piscine centrale. Elles sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la salle de bains, ouverte, spacieuse et agréable. Le restaurant propose des plats savoureux. Le personnel s’est montré très attentif, disponible et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. − L’hôtel est assez éloigné de la ville pour s’y rendre à pied. Un service de navettes est proposé, mais leur fréquence reste un peu limitée. Nous aurions apprécié un petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, offrant davantage de choix et de flexibilité.

Arya magnifica + da dove iniziare? forse dallo staff super accogliente o dalla piscina immersa nel verde! io e mio marito siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte e con gentilezza siamo stati accolti e accompagnati dal pick up point all’hotel con una fantastica golf car di cui il cliente può sempre usufruire. Passando alla stanza, che dire? super pulita, enorme (con terrazzino) e dal design tipicamente balinese. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del servizio laundry, davvero velocissimo ed economico. L’unico “problema” l’abbiamo riscontrato al momento della colazione dato che propongono a tutti gli effetti un menu da pranzo/cena con cibo esclusivamente asiatico. tuttavia, cenando lì, non possiamo negare che la qualità è alta. Grazie Staff di Arya − La colazione potrebbe essere internazionale.

リラックスして過ごしたい人には嬉しい宿です + プライベートツアーを事前予約しました。 スタッフが半日ドライバーをしてくれて私たちの行きたい場所に連れて行ってくれました。とても親切で優しかった。 − 車でダイレクトにホテルにアクセスできないのでピックアップポイントからはバギーか、歩く必要がある。夜道はかなり暗いので足元に気をつけないといけない。

Nice setting, but poorly managed and not worth the price. + The main pool, the friendly staff, and the rice field within the hotel grounds. − The location is quite remote, and getting there can be challenging due to the narrow and difficult access road. The staff are friendly and well-intentioned, but unfortunately seem poorly trained. Many basic processes simply don’t work properly - we even had considerable trouble getting a simple invoice for our stay. Cleanliness could also be improved. Our private pool was disappointing, with a view directly onto a wall that made the whole area feel rather enclosed and uninviting. We ordered room service and cocktails once, and both were very poor. We also had two massages: one was fine, while the other was quite bad. Overall, we don’t think the hotel offers good value for money. Not as nice as it once was.... + Second time stay, always enjoy the staff and thw surrounds. − Unfortunately, it's definitely gone downhill since my last stay. How can you miss the mould on the pillows and the bathroom wasn't clean. No compensation... 2x single beds put together in our room. We were ignored at breakfast on our last morning....
