Ottima esperienza in famiglia + Cortesia dello staff e disponibilità nel soddisfare le richieste. Buona posizione per il mare e per andare a visitare Bukit. − Dalle foto mi aspettavo una, piscina di maggiori dimensioni ma abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti e non è sicuramente stato un disagio

Comoda struttura consigliatissima!!!! + Tutto meraviglioso! Ville su due piani, Camere spaziose pulite con tutti i comfort (asciugamani per la spiaggia, spazzolini, pettine, lametta…etc). Piscina privata bella. Colazione buonissima ,purtroppo ne abbiamo fatta solo una in hotel,piatti curati e saporiti. Abbiamo ordinato il box colazione più giorni perché per girare Bali ci alzavamo presto (la colazione è disponibile dalle 7.50-11.00) e te lo consegnano in camera all’ora che vuoi tu con all’interno pane salato, pane tostato, burro, marmellata, frutta, acqua e brioches. Personale gentilissimo. − Niente

Ich würde die Villa Bulan nicht mehr buchen + schlechte Lage. Wir sind fast überall mit dem Taxi gefahren, da die Straßen teilweise Löcher hatten und viele streunende Hunde unterwegs waren. − 1. als wir ankamen, stand kein Extra Bett für unseren 15 jährigen Sohn zur Verfügung, obwohl ich das Alter bei der Buchung eingetragen habe. Bei einem 15 jährigen „Kind“ setze ich ein Extra Bett voraus. Da das Zimmer für ein Zusatzbett zu klein, haben wir auf kostenpflichtig auf eine größe Villa umgebucht. Das war bereits das zweite Mal auf dieser Reise, dass wir bei der Buchung mit Booking dieses Problem hatte. 2. Das Frühstück war schlecht. 3. Das WC war nur durch eine halbhohe satinierte Glastüre von Raum getrennt….

Belle expérience à Jimbaran + Pas de gros coup de cœur pour la villa en elle même. Un peu de déception par rapport aux photos. Mais un personnel exemplaire ! Toujours là pour aider, servir ou sourire !!! Digne d’un 5* pour le coup − La villa qui pour le prix pourrait être un cran au dessus. Manque d’équipements. Serviettes parfois tachées. Frigo qui ne fait pas de froid

+ La maison est très spacieuse et confortable, cuisine couverte en extérieur bien équipée, le personnel très sympathique et réactif. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a du choix. Possibilité de manger sur place. L'hôtel est à une dizaine de minutes à pied d'une immense plage avec de nombreux bars et restaurants, c'était parfait. − La piscine était toujours à l'ombre, et le jardin aussi, donc pas trop de possiblité de prendre des bains de soleil.

Great place, great staff, great value for money! + Calm, serene, neat, beautiful Villa. Breakfast with fresh fruits was great. The staff were extremely kind and sweet. Perfect stay overall. − Maybe include some more food options for room service. Only tiny point of improvement.
