Peu mieux faire... + Très bel hôtel avec de bonnes prestations, qui mériterait toutefois un rafraîchissement pour être encore mieux. Le personnel d’accueil et de transport pourrait également être moins froid et davantage à l’image des Balinais : souriant, prévenant, serviable et tellement gentil. − Le service de transport gratuit jusqu’à la plage est proposé par l'hôtel avec dépose directement à l'intérieur d'un restaurant de poisson très mal noté et hors de prix pour Bali. On comprend très bien l’intérêt du chauffeur ou de l’hôtel : inciter les clients à consommer dans ce restaurant plutôt qu’un autre. Les moustiques alors que nous n'avons jamais été dérangés dans les autres hôtels.

Luxury villa - ultimate relaxation. + Absolutely fantastic villa and resort. The staff are smiling 24/7 great bunch of people. Room service not a problem and quick. The food in the restaurant is really nice and reasonable prices - tasted and presented beautifully. Size of the villa and pool area was brilliant for us. Would 100% return. − Nothing at all it was spot on!

Oasis + I loved the villas, relatively quiet. Well maintained, spacious villa and garden. Loved the staff and attentive reception who were very helpful. Looking forward to my next stay. The food was also excellent. − Not much. The location is great for being close to airport and arriving late at night is a quick drive. But not a lot around there. Not touristy but more if a local area. The beach and restaurants are not far away.

Non mi ha soddisfatta + La piscina al centro della villa − La struttura si vede che non è recentissima,i bagni soprattutto (almeno quello della villa dove ho soggiornato) andrebbero rifatti. L’hotel si affaccia su una strada trafficatissima e molto rumorosa dove è impossibile camminare a piedi per andare alla spiaggia perché è pericoloso:bisogna per forza prendere un taxi. La colazione è mediocre per essere un hotel luxury .

Beautiful villas and friendly staff. + Villas are beautiful and spacious. Pool larger than expected, great water temperature and good outdoor seating options. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Jimbaran beach only a few minutes walk away. Fantastic value for the stay. − Compared with previous reviews I would say breakfast was quite limited. Very few vegetarian options in the restaurant (unless you want pizza/pasta, but this was also reflected in places outside the hotel so not specific to here). The gym cardio machines are incredibly old and some unusable (I did specifically come here as I needed the gym but had to adapt a bit). No stretching/yoga mats or towels/water offered in the gym which could have been cleaner. They have lounge and shower areas if you are checking out later, however, with a few improvements this could be a great facility/option. The showers had no hot water (but they did kindly arrange for us to use the spa). There were no amenities or towels available. …

It was a great location, with clean landscape that provided us a pleasant stay. + We appreciated the hospitality and communication of the staff. We enjoyed private and intimate villa. We liked the free shuttle services that allowed us to explore other beaches as well. − Moto bike noise from the street.

Perfect for a quick transit in Bali. Outstanding value for money. + Location. Big private pool. Nicely laid out. Convenient to Jimbaran beach. − A bit run down in parts. Needs some refresh. But lots of room in each private space.
