After assigning me to a less expensive garden-view room instead of the beachfront room I had booked, the hotel did not o − Based on my experience, the room you receive may not be the same as the room you expect from your booking. Because the resort is located in such a remote area, you have very limited alternatives if this happens, making the situation even more frustrating. The biggest disappointment was the room. I booked a Beachfront Bungalow because the ocean view was the main reason I chose this resort. Before my arrival, I even contacted the hotel to confirm that I hoped to receive the beachfront room shown in the photos I booked. However, when I checked in, I was assigned a room with a garden view instead of the beachfront view I had booked and expected. I immediately asked the staff to move me to the correct room, but I was told the resort was fully booked and that no room change was possible. Enkel superlatieven voor dit fantastisch verblijf met uitzicht op de zee! + Prachtig domein, dichter bij de kust kan je niet zitten! Hele mooie kamers, 2 zwembaden, super vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke nieuwe spa met uitzicht op de rivier! We hebben ook super lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel! Jammer dat we maar 2n geboekt hadden :-). − We hadden een kamer met jacuzzi maar vonden het jammer dat het water niet verwarmd was … Overigens enkel superlatieven voor het hotel en personeel 👌🏻

+ It was located on a beautiful black sand beach. But, it took almost 2 hours to get to it. The room was beautiful, but we asked for 2 beds & only got one. So, not optimal there. We had a leak in the a/c unit, but they did come to fix it after we hounded them about it.

If solitude and serenity is what you seek this place is lovely + Loved the solitude, ocean view, massages, beautiful staff, comfy bed − The quiet beach is ruined everyday as it becomes a racetrack for motorbikes, noisy and smelly. Long way to drive to get there, nothing around, ie shops , restaurants etc

A nice stay with nice spa available super close. + Pool, healthy breakfast options. − The beach was not necessarily clean or well taken care of. The prices of the available food options on the menu were not kinda high compared to other locations in Bali They don't have "airtight" windows, and lizards such as geckos can enter the room and make noise at night.

exactement ce que je voulais lorsqu'on arrive à Bali, repos et tranquilité... Spa quotidien excellen + J'ai choisi cet endroit pour son isolation et son authenticité, loin des touristes de Semyniak. Le spa était excellent et la nourriture délicieuse. Les chauffeurs étaient parfaits pour nous emmener visiter localement, même si les routes étaient parfois difficiles, c'est ce que je voulais expérimenter. − Rien.
