Excellent. 12/10 stars. Great place great hosts great area. + A large private garden with large day beds and personal temples, all meticulously cared for by a very passionate owners, Kadek and Yuli. 2 of the loveliest people u will meet. Kadek has many (maybe more than 20) bonsai plants which are a feature.... There is only 2 villas, one garden view, and ours which had our own private pool. Being a bit out of Amed at Lipah Beach, it is quiet area but with many good warungs, including beach front as well as snorkeling and good massage places nearby. Very good off street parking... − Zippo. Not one thing I could say was an issue.

Superbe séjour (5 nuits) + Belle Villa située sur le domaine d’un propriétaire balinais, jardin tropical. Calme. Personnel adorable. Situation en retrait de la plage. Piscine privative. Cuisine équipée. − Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus copieux. Lit grinçant à chaque mouvement !

Logement exceptionnel lieu magique personnel adorable. + L emplacement a 5 minutes à pieds de la plage ou l on a pu voir des tortues jardins incroyables avec l impression de dormir au sein d un petit temple. Nous avions le pavillon en bois mais les propriétaires nous ont invité à utiliser la piscine de la villa d à côté car il n y avait pas encore de client. Adorables en tout point. − Système de pompe à eau un peu bruyante mais une fois endormis cela ne nous réveille pas.

Wonderful villa! + We stayed here for 5 nights and when we arrived we were more than pleasantly surprised! Beautiful property, very clean. The owners are the friendliest and the staff too. The villa itself is wonderful, well maintained and very clean. The pool looks as if it was build a day ago, that clean and maintained. The garden is a masterpiece, just stunning. The property's location is terrific with a supermarket, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Superb! I can highly recommend this property!!

+ Nous avions réservé les 2 villas de la propriété. Les 2 sont équipées de cuisine, ce qui peut être pratique. Le jardin est splendide et magnifiquement entretenu. La piscine est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, comme tous les Balinais d'ailleurs. L'emplacement est top, en face de Lipah Beach, où il y a les plus beaux fonds marins. Allez manger au Warung Isra tout au bout de la plage, la vue est magique et le poisson top (thon/barracuda). Et n'hésitez pas a louer un scooter pour aller vous balader en montagne. Les vues sont spectaculaires. − C'est indépendant de leur volonté mais les nuits ont été compliquées à cause des nombreux chiens qui hurlent toutes les nuits. Saint aux travaux évoqués par d'autres, oui il y en a mais ils ne commencent pas avant 8h et terminent vers 16h. Pas trop dérangeant.

Fantastic + Very nice people want to help you with everything I rented their bike. The garden was beautiful and really wel maintained. Lovely traditional style rooms. Breakfast was great too. − Maybe a smell in the bathroom but it didn’t bother me much. Next to it is Abian resort I was at the wrong location at te beginning so was my cab once I thing to keep in mind when you arrange transport

Une villa tres adaptée en tous lieux + La traditionnelle hospitalité des balinais ! Les jardins somptueux Il n’y a que 2 logements dont seulement 1 avec piscine privative (je vous conseille de la demander dans votre réservation …) le logement plus la piscine = idyllique ! Un petit Warung à droite en sortant à 100m super sympa ! Avec un bon guitariste et des plats succulents qui vont vous faire passer une bonne soirée on recommande ! Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place directement ils en ont 2 ,( pas trop de monde sur amed donc secure) de faire une machine à laver, de réserver un chauffeur depuis la villa car pas de GRAB la bas et bien entendu le snorkelling à 5 minutes de la villa ! − Rien

Très bon séjour à Di Abian Villa + Kadek Yuli vous accueillera chez elle dans son écrin de verdure et d’authenticité comme à la maison. Petit déjeuner ok, chambre full équipé, staff adorable, machine à laver sur place. Possibilité de louer un scooter car un peu excentré du centre même d’Amed (10 min), mais avec plage de sable noir, nombreux warungs, club de plongée …etc à 2 min à pied de chez elle également. Ils nous ont même organisé un transfert en taxi jusqu’à notre destination suivante, au top ! − Rien

Location, cleanliness and hosts. A great place. + Location to Lipah Beach. The property gardens were beautiful and well cared for. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Clean and simple villa, comfortable large bed with kitchen was all we needed. Insightful helpful hosts, who are very eager to recommend their favourite places to eat and explore.
