Great place to stay! + Walking distance to the beach, nice a quiet! Location was in a good area but will need to rent motorcycle to get around--Pool was overlooking the beach. Breakfast was great but should have more to pick from on menu. − Road construction on the main road--pot holes--not good to walk at night!!

Perfect place to unwind and enjoy snorkelling + An Amazing Stay at Bintang Villas Amed We had the most wonderful stay at Bintang Villas Amed and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after. A very special mention has to go to Adi, the manager, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. Adi also took care of our transport and made everything so easy, relaxed and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his kindness and genuine hospitality really added something special to our holiday. − The villa, pool and dining areas are perhaps a little tired in places and could benefit from a freshen-up. That said, this certainly didn’t detract from our stay, and considering the price, we felt Bintang Villas offered excellent value for money. The wonderful staff, service and hospitality more than made up for the areas that could use a little TLC, and we would happily stay again.

Delightfully relaxing, we will be back + The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The beachfront location is beautiful, and there are many lovely warungs nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb and the pool is clean and refreshing with sufficient loungers. − There is nothing not to like but improvements could be made easily eg some of the lounger cushions could do with being replaced. Rubbish could be managed better and kept where the dogs don’t scavenge, the grounds looked a little unkempt compared to some places. All of these are minor things and certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Beach access in Lipah Beach + Spacious and airy room in Lipah Beach with direct beach access. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Nice big balcony facing the garden. − The room was very worn down with cracks in the walls. Hardly any water pressure in the bathroom. The window in my room could not be closed and due to the language barrier, I do not speak Indonesian and the staff don’t understand English, it was a bit difficult to explain what the problem was. Also, very limited breakfast.

Bintang Villa is LOCATION LOCATION + Location was great for Lipah and right on beach. Nice pool. Staff were all so lovely. Facilities and room were all ok but a little maintenance to freshen up would bring it up nicely. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend it. A few warungs nearby and restaurant on site. Breakfast was delicious. − The room was dull and even though it has a TV it doesn’t actually work. Aircon struggled a bit.Mozzie central but staff provided a spray can.

We loved it, we will be back. + Location, very quiet, great staff, pool and beach access. Plenty of good warungs and restaurants too. − Whilst location is good you are a bit isolated too, was expensive to get transport to the main Amed area.

+ Perfect location. Cannot complain at all. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Big shout out to Adi, Deepa, Mala and Lu. They serve you good breakfast in the morning and will help you with almost everything. The only property near the beach which is very affordable and clean and beautiful. Just a mins walk away from the beach. The pool is clean and regular maintenance and cleanliness is maintained around the property. You don't have to walk down or climb up some hill or pathway to get to the property, it's road touch and that's what's perfect about the location. My 4 nights were perfect at the hotel. Only issue I faced was, the rooms are very big and the air conditioner is very small to cool the entire room. But, otherwise it's perfect 10/10

+ Beautiful big bright rooms. With lots of storage options. They give you water refill in the room. Right on the beach where you can snorkel. Staff were helpful and lovely. Food was yummy. One of the best places I have stayed. − Shower pressure

We had an amazing stay, everything was great. + It was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and the location was fantastic. It was right on the beach, we just walked down, hired equipment and snorkeled off the beach. The fish were amazing, we saw turtles. Everyone was kind and helpful.
