Pleasent. + The staff were excellent, very attentive to any requests. The room looked very tired and stained in the bathroom, but kept cleaned daily. Good value for the cost. The shower was hot and good flow of water. We would return because of the friendly mess of the staff. − The stained bathroom. Our key had to be changed as it did not work. Our safe did not work the battery had to be changed on both door and safe. Toilet seat was quite worn with permanent stains. We were also unaware that it was a dry venue.

− Please lah masak pinjam hair dryer dijatah cuma 1 jam. Helllooooo!! Dimana² hotel fasilitasi hair dryer sampai tamu pulang, bukan dijatah 1 jam. Takut hilang? Hair dryer saya lbh mahal dr yg dipinjamkan hotel. Untuk bed covernya tplong diperhatikan kebersihannya, ada noda seperti darah. Apa iya ga bs dicuci bersih? Atau memang ga diganti?
