Excellent Heritage hotel + It is an excellent hotel with central location. Excellent staff and excellent decor. − We are vegetarian, therefore, faced difficulties. Edificio histórico muy bonito + El edificio es impresionante, buena ubicación y. Win de servicios: gym, restaurante, piscina, etc − Hacen una cama oversize juntando 2 camas y no tienen las sábanas y edredones adecuados para cubrir el espacio y se hace algo incómodo. Los baños están algo anticuados y dan sensación de poco limpios.

The cleanliness was not great (the bed sheets had stains and the towels were not completely white). Also, the staff seemed unprepared. Fantastic hotel and the crown jewel of accomodation in Yogyakarta. + Fantastic suite, very spacious and well designed. Lovely heritage charm that hasn't been needlessly modernised. Loved the onsite library/museum room, traditional javan timber art and the courtyard dining facility in particular. − Some noise can travel from events in the ballroom up to the rooms if you have a pool facing room. The beautiful floor tile also doesn't help. Events do stop at 10pm though so wasn't the biggest issue.

− Pour annoncer qu'il se dit de qualité le plus repas du petit déjeuner et extrêmement décevant. Du pain rassis de la veille, de la confiture à l'aspect fluorescent et une sauce tomate de très mauvaise qualité servie avec les pâtes. La saucisse de bœuf du petit-déjeuner était d'une couleur orange rougeâtre. Les jus de fruits industriels De très mauvaises qualités . Décevant pour un hôtel de qualité et participant à la chaîne Accord

Une très belle adresse pour qui aime le raffinement et la décoration indonésienne. Un personnel très chaleureux et atten + Cet établissement possède un charme fou. La décoration est soignée et très belle. Le personnel est attentionné et extrêmement gentil et professionnel. L’emplacement est central. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et gardons un merveilleux souvenir de notre accueil. − Petit bémol pour la piscine. Elle est splendide, installée dans un écrin magnifique mais alors elle n’est absolument pas pratique à utiliser. Je ne sais pas pourquoi le bassin est coupé en deux par un mur ne permettant pas d’aller de l’un à l’autre alors qu’on est dans le même bassin … et aucun escalier ou margelle n’est prévu pour aller dans le grand bassin sans passer par une seule et unique échelle installée tout au bout où nous n’avons pas pied. C’est gymnique… mais ce n’est pas bien grave non plus ! Juste surprenant …
