Just a little bit more detail to cleaning + Nice location, easy check in, high up, nice bathroom − I noticed that pillow cases were not very clean and dressing gown had someone’s hair. Cleaning could have been improved

Comfortable and clean for the price range, staff very considerate and helpful. + Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the baths. − Location. Noisy and light pollution in the road.

High price, no room cleaning, dirty but good location + Great location - right in the Bangi food area, close to Lotte World, Tower and Mall − The facilities were minimal for the price we paid. We had to ask for more towels as only one was supplied for a double occupancy. We stayed 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or towels changed, despite indicating on the door we wanted it to be. The rooms are small and looked clean initially, but when you looked in corners of room and bathroom realised it actually was dirty. One night stay may be ok but wouldn’t recommend multiple nights.

+ Персонал довольно милый − Примерно все, в номере было грязно, некомфортно. Была грязная стена и окна. В туалете так же было не убрано. Была сломана дверь и приходилось очень сильно хлопать. Уехали сразу же и забронировали другой отель. Жаль потраченных денег, к сожалению

+ 住宿地點不錯 − 晚上冷氣較不涼 搭配厚被子會太熱 每天也沒有換浴巾毛巾 住11樓有時還是會聽到汽車聲音

+ They had bread, jam, water and also sprite in 2nd floor... coffee too whenever you need you take some. I was happy eating warm bread. Shower is small but was enough.. room bed was soft..I loved it. I know koreans usually prefer hard ones...but for me it was perfect. Mom did a surgery in jamsil and it was the best choice − I didnt know where to throw trash... like I wish there was an additional place in 2nd floor. Nothing bad here. I highly recommend it.

浴室以外は推せる + KSPOでのライブのために宿泊しました。ロッテワールドモールも徒歩圏内で、周辺にもたくさん美味しいお店もあって便利でした！ 部屋の広さもベッドも快適！ − シャワーすると洗面の床がめっちゃ濡れます。タオルの部分はちゃんと濡れないのですが、シャワーカーテンか何か対策してほしい。 あんなに濡れる構造なのに毎日掃除がないのは、、、
