Staff are very helpful , made huge difference for the stay 🥰 + Great location , plenty of restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to Lotte World ! − Room is relatively small , can’t fully open luggages 😂

Good stay in Jamsil area + The room was big and as advertised. Love the close proximity to the lake and lotte mall. Lots of eateries nearby & convenient stores. The price is reasonable for what you get. They also prepare breakfast but it depends on menu of the day. Since they already cook it to be served during your booked breakfast time. So dont expect a buffet breakfast / your own choice of breakfast. I like the breakfast regardless. − Small elevator. And it tooks times to get on 1. Esp if you stay on top floor.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. + The location is good. If you visit Lotte world or a concert. The team is amazing and very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. − Hmm maybe if the breakfast will be self serve will be even better. But the breakfast it self is ok.

+ the location was great, it was convenient to the bus stop and other food around. there was a outdoor and indoor lounge area that was nice to use. the room was clean and had great sleep there. the toilet bidet was great − When we overfilled the bathtub, it had backflow, the backflow made the tub water inside dirty.

Photo is of an area nearby. We went for a walk and found a lovely coffee place in the morning. + Neat and close to busy night food outlets. − Was not aware breakfast closed orders at 9am and struggled to find an alternative place open at 09h30. It was a bit cramped. Not really family friendly. Summer sewers in the streets do smell. No fault of the hotel.

駅から近く、買い物も便利で清潔なホテル + 4泊しましたが、每日綺麗に掃除がしてあり気持ち良かったです。蚕室駅から大通りを真っ直ぐで歩きやすく、景福宮と言うお店のすぐ後ろにあります。 ペットボトルの水も每日追加してありました。 バスローブ、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも每日新しくなっていました。 ロッテワールドモールやロッテマートが近くとても買い物に便利です。 また次も利用したいと思います。 − １つだけですが、仁川国際空港から少し遠いことだけです。

地點很棒，去KSPO很方便，離蠶室地鐵站只有1站公車距離（也能用走的），飯店後面有一條街可以吃宵夜 + 地點很好，因為要去KSPO參加活動，飯店外的公車站就是往KSPO的方向，班次也很多，用走路也能到蠶室站 − 房間內的浴室沒有門，浴缸跟床鋪的空氣是流通的，冷氣有一半會對著洗澡的地方吹，洗澡水是熱的但也會吹到冷風……
