    Worn down and not too clean − Had to switch rooms twice because the first two were unclean. The pool area was also very dirty with birdnests in the ceiling just over the lounging chairs. The hot tub was out of service and the windows (in the rooms and by the pool) were so dirty it sort of ruined the view. All the gym machines were very worn out, when I saw them I almost thought they were out of function. All in all the hotel felt pretty worn down. On the upside the staff was very friendly and accommodating, for example they had a room thoroughly cleaned especially for us after the second time complaining.

    I probably will look for another hotel to stay at next time I’m in Jeju + It was clean − The staff was not very friendly. The Aircon was not consistent. They had a cafe lobby but no One was there to take your orders. Concierge couldn’t even help you get a cab. You have to get it yourself.

    朝食が種類豊富で美味しいホテルです。 + 朝食が種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。 調理担当のスタッフも親切で感じよく楽しい朝食になりました。朝食レストランも広々としてヒドゥンクリフの眺めを楽しめます。 眺望を楽しめるホテルなのでお部屋のベランダにテーブルと椅子があればもっと良いのにと思いました。 シャワールームが大きめで、洗い場(シャワースペース)と浴槽が別になっているのは、日本人には入りやすくてありがたい。 − ホテル周辺に何もないので、ホテル内のレストランやサービスがもう少し充実していると良いと思いました。
