Overall pleasant stay + Nice location, the normal beds were very comfy − Futons were very uncomfortable (so make sure to pick another room) The terraces were super spacy with a nice view but no table, chairs or any kind of furniture to sit on.

Beautiful place and hotel. + Breakfast buffet was plentiful, diverse, healthy and tasty. Room comfy and clean. − No complaints about the hotel. The closest beach, Saekdal, is a public beach, but run by some "control center" that has someone bark military style instructions at the bathers every few minutes in Korean and English over dozens of loudspea,ers. If I wanted to experiencethe DMZ, i would go straight there. Ridiculous and really made the otherwise beautiful beach experience more stressful than relaxing.

Hotel che non rispecchia le 5 stelle + La camera era molto bella spaziosa è confortevole. Pulizia ottima! Il cibo dei ristoranti all’interno della struttura di qualità. − Lo staff non sapeva parlare in inglese e la comunicazione è stata difficile.

Niemiła atmosfera, gość czuje się jak intruz. + Zadbany hotel w dobrej lokalizacji wśród innych faktycznie 5* hoteli. Śniadanie jak na koreańskie standardy było urozmaicone. Spore pokoje z balkonem. − Przeważająco niemiły personel. W żadnym innym miejscu na świecie nie spotkałam tak antypatycznej obsługi. Brak pomocy z bagażami po zameldowaniu. Ciężka komunikacja po angielsku lub jej brak. Po wymeldowaniu brak chociażby „dziękuję i do widzenia”. Dziwne i surowo przestrzegane zasady. Śniadanie trwa do 10, ale można wejść do 9.30. Byłam świadkiem niewpuszczenia na śniadanie gościa, który przyszedł o 9.35. W restauracji hotelowej przy składaniu zamówienia o 21.15 dostałam niegrzeczne przypomnienie, że jej zamknięcie jest o 22. Na wieczornego drinka warto pójść do pobliskiego hotelu Shilla, gdzie można pobyć w miłej, przyjaznej atmosferze i zostać profesjonalnie obsłużonym, ponieważ tamten hotel faktycznie spełnia standardy hotelu 5*.
