+ We visited the hotel in winter so we could not enjoy many of the outaide attraction. However, there are plenty of options for families with kids and there are some excellent places to visit nearby. The breakfast was very good as we expected. The fitness room was small but well equipped. The swimming pool is very good for families with kids. − It is an outdated hotel with some of the facilities in not the best of conditions. Checking in was unforgivably late in a five star. If we comply to enter at 3, my room should be ready on time. They kept us and other guests more than 30 minutes waiting.

+ 직원분들이 다들 친절하셔서 머무는 동안 편했습니다. 정원은 너무 예쁘고 좋은데 날이 너무 더워서 산책을 제대로 못한게 아쉽네요 다음에 선선할때 다시 방문할게요. 중고등 아이들하고 간다고 하니 마이카디럭스 룸에서 프리미어 패밀리 트윈룸으로 변경해주셔서 감사했습니다.

− 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 단 한 순간도 원활하게 진행된 적이 없습니다. 필요 이상으로 기다려야 했고, 예약 정보 확인, 객실 배정, 내부 응대 등 기본적인 운영이 전반적으로 미숙했습니다. 편안함을 기대하고 호텔을 선택했지만, 오히려 스트레스만 받았습니다. 체크인 시 1시간 가까이 서서 기다렸고, 심지어 다른 투숙객이 머무는 객실이 잘못 배정되어 문을 열고 들어가는 황당한 상황도 있었으며, 객실 위생 상태도 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 조식 등록도 제대로 되어있지 않아 여러번 확인했고 결제 단계에서도 에러가 있었습니다. 컴플레인에 대한 대응 역시 책임감 있는 태도를 찾기 어려웠고, 결국 더 이상 기분을 망치고 싶지 않아 조용히 체크아웃했습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 시스템 개선이 시급해 보이며, 이대로라면 재방문은 없을 듯합니다.

Heerlijk, aanrader! + Geweldig hotel, kamer top, bedden , eten en ontbijt àlles helemaal 100 %. De grote lobby bevat een olympisch museum met allerlei originele medailles, posters, schaatsen, olympische vlam toortsen enz enz. Indrukwekkende collectie! − Net

재방문하고 싶은 곳이예요. + 오대산 소금강 등산 갔어요. 위치가 매우 좋았습니다. 월정사 아래 식사하러 가는 것도 5분 컷입니다. 조식도 아주 잘 먹었습니다. 정원 산책하기도 좋았고요. − 욕실이 조금 더 환기가 잘 되면 좋겠어요. 룸 자체는 환기도 잘 되고 좋습니다. 사우나 아침 오픈 시간이 조금 더 빠르면 좋겠어요.

+ The hotel was perfectly located for visiting Odaesan National Park, with a convenient bus route located at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel had a lot of activities for both children and adults but most were not complementary. Our room was spacious and clean but the shower water could have been hotter. Breakfast was good but somewhat pricey compared to other hotels that we stayed in.

Gute Lage zum Tempel - das war’s aber auch. + Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Die Lage ist toll, in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Tempel. − Es gab ein Kaffee, dort konnte man Bowls bestellen die man aber außerhalb essen musste. Was garnicht so einfach ist wenn es draußen nichts zum sitzen gibt und auch nicht im Zimmer. Es gibt riesengroße Balkone ohne Möbel. Alles ist sehr abgewohnt und kaputt. Das Highligt - es wurden Handtücher getauscht aber weder die Betten gemacht noch das schmutzige Geschirr getauscht, kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt - das absolute Higlight - die Zimmertür wurde nicht geschlossen. Das Fitnessstudio besteht aus alten angerosteten Geräten und ist im Keller. Schwimmbad kostet extra und war draußen auch nicht geöffnet. Ein schicker Eingangsbereich macht keine 5 Sterne!

+ 공기 좋은 평창 숲속에 위치하여 있고, 정원이 아주 아름다웠습니다. 직원분들 아주 친절하시고, 객실 상태 쾌적하고 편했습니다. 식사도 정갈하고 아주 맛있었습니다. − 건물 지은지 오래 된 것 같은 데 약간의 리모델링이 있다면 아주 좋을 것 같습니다.

청소불량과 노후화 + 호텔의 주위환경. 정원등등. 직원들은 친절함. − 객실 청소불량. 객실에 모기 많음. 침구도 노후화(특히 이불) 호텔이 너무 노후되어 리모델링 이 절실함 (베란다 거미줄등은 충분히 깨끗이 관리될수 있는데도 그대로 방치 ㅠㅠㅠ).
