I can not believe 😢 + I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. After a 5-hour drive to reach the resort, the stay was deeply disappointing. The property feels very outdated and poorly maintained, far below what I would expect from an InterContinental-branded hotel. In its current condition, it does not meet InterContinental standards and, frankly, felt below the level of many Holiday Inn properties I have stayed at. As a IHG diamond elite member, I received a room upgrade, but the upgraded room offered little additional value and did not improve the overall experience. The room showed significant wear and tear, furnishings were dated, and the hotel lacked the sense of quality, comfort, and attention to detail typically associated with the brand. The location and surrounding nature remain beautiful, but the hotel itself appears to be in need of substantial renovation and investment. 좋은환경과 불편함 + 공기 환경 기후 다 좋아서 해마다 15년간 오고 있어요 − 1. 비데가 없어 계속 불편하니 꼭 설치하시길 원합니다. 2. 세면대 아래 나무다리 밑에 홈이 있어 발가락과 발등 부딪혀 다친 경험 있으니 그틈새를 실리콘이나 시맨트로 매꾸어 발 다침 방지해야 해마다 올수 있어요. 이건 필수로 시정 해주셔야 고객 불만 안생깁니다.
