convenient to the dive centre + the view outside on the veranda was lovely just sitting there in the morning with my cup of tea just looking out. bed was quite comfy. breakfast was nice but lack of choice. staff were helpful. for the money this is quite good value, but no way is it a four star hotel. − it is advertised as having a restaurant no mention of it just being for breakfast and not opening for dinner. the main issue of advertised is it says the deluxe suite has one living room and one separate bedroom this is NOT true you just have one bedroom. the room is nice size but i wasn't impressed with being told one thing and getting another. the room was ok but needs a makeover, some areas and items [ie bin in bathroom] were petty disgusting, some of the towels given were also not great. you had a tea and coffee tray but there was no milk/creamer provided, the hotel did give me some milk until we had chance to walk to shop to get some. no power socket by one side of bed, or bedside …

Room doesn’t look like the pictures… would suit ONE NIGH STAY NO LONGER + The location − Horrible smell in the bathroom/ internet is crap really slow and you get no Mobile service… room needs updating as it’s old… Pool is also outdated whole place needs a good clean

God valuta for pengene, nydelig utsikt og vennlig personalet. Vi hadde det fint. + Bra beliggenhet, vennlig personalet, gode senger, god dusj, bra gym. − Ikke veldig rene rom. Kjøleskapet luktet ekkelt.

Nie wieder…. + Nettes Personal und ein gutes Gym − Die Zimmer sind weit entfernt von vier Sterne. Absolut abgerockt, dreckige Wände, Badezimmer komplett verkalkt und schimmelig.

Disappointing compared to scores on booking.com + The gym. Bottled water left outside room everyday with fresh towels. − Room wasn’t cleaned during a weeks stay, despite me becoming by out of the room from 07:00hrs to 15:00hrs every day scuba diving. Location is much further away from the main drag, about 20km and is a little isolated.

+ It is centre in Ubud. Everything is near by. It's family run based property. The entire family were highly welcoming, helping nature. − We stayed 5 days. They have limited breakfast option for vegetarian. However, they have improved during our last 2 days stay there based on our given receipy of vegetable sandwitch.

Lovely + Awesome room and ocean view. Comfy beds, awesome room lighting. Spacious. The new rooms are awesome. Would come again for sure − The bathroom was not super private (was all glass) and the breakfast could be bigger. But not a big deal at all. Awesome stay!
