+ Das beste an unserem Aufenthalt war Sri. Wir haben selten so eine gut gelaunte, gut organisierte und hilfsbereite Person erlebt. Sie war für uns Herz und Seele der Insel und hat uns sehr viel geholfen. Auch sonst war die Unterkunft sehr gut: sauber, komfortabel und ein netter Pool.

Una estancia excelente + El alojamiento estuvo perfecto. Todo estaba muy limpio y era muy espacioso. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, ayudándonos con todo lo que necesitábamos, desde reservar barcos hasta alquilar una moto. El desayuno fue de los mejores que hemos disfrutado durante todo el viaje, muy completo y delicioso. − No tenemos ningún aspecto negativo que destacar. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

+ Lage, Personal, Anlage − Extrem hellhörig , was die Qualität vom Schlaf extrem einschränkt. Das bezieht sich auf die Zimmer im hinteren Bereich und nicht auf die einzelnen Bungalows. Bei den einzelnen Zimmer hört man die Worte seines Nachbarn fast so, als wäre er mit in deinem eigenen Zimmer.

+ The staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to assist us when we had a medical emergency. We are eternally grateful for their assistance 🙏🏼 They also assisted with great recommendations and activities. − The room is spacious (more so than you'd think). But there are no windows and no airflow. Because of it's proximity to the beach the upkeep and the rust in the unit is intense, which made the room feel not as clean as it could be.

Je tiens surtout à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du personnel, toujours accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Une mention toute particulière à Sri, qui a été adorable avec nous du début à la fin. Sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et son aide précieuse ont réellement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour à Nusa Penida. Je le recommande vivement !

Habitación con gallinero + Un hotel muy bonito − Habitación pegada a un gallinero que está toda la noche piando , imposible dormir sin tapones , nunca había pasado algo así

Bon séjour à Nusa Penida dans cet hôtel calme où les extérieurs sont parfaits pour se détendre. Le personnel est super s + La gentillesse du personnel (mention spécial à Yusrina), la belle piscine et le petit déjeuner parfait. − La salle de bain est à rafraîchir car assez vieillotte et surtout un peu de moisissure et de robinetterie cassée à cause du calcaire. Notre douche était bouchée pendant le séjour.
