Ottima esperienza di soggiorno + Resort estremamente curato, con un’atmosfera raffinata e immersa nel verde. L’attenzione del personale è stata costante e professionale. La villetta vista lago artificiale è molto ampia e confortevole, oltre che posizionata in una parte silenziosa. Bella la spiaggia riservata, perfetta per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. Il servizio di ristorazione si è rivelato di ottimo livello. Molto positiva anche l'esperienza dell'escursione a bordo della barca privata. Un soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.

+ Most beautiful and tranquil hotel on the island. Housekeeping was fantastic - spotless, no surprises. Great work. IJo restaurant has great meat and fish. Minus points: our restaurant bookings were never found, even though we booked in advance. And the port pick-up was a mess - they should’ve just told us to take a local taxi instead of leaving us searching for someone.

Einzigartiges Hotel mit erstklassigem Service! + Dieses Hotel ist ein ganz besonderer Ort - wenn man ankommt, findet man ein Hotel schöner als auf den Bildern vor: gepflegte Gärten, viel Platz, schöner Strand, tolle Pool Area und individuelle Villas und Bungalows, gelegen an einem der schönsten Strand Abschnitte der Insel. Die Magie liegt aber in allem was danach kommt - der Service ist zu 100% darauf ausgerichtet allen Gästen eine wunderschöne Zeit zu bescheren. Das kombiniert mit der wunderschönen Hotelanlage und einem super Restaurant hat uns dazu gebracht bis auf eine Umrundung auf den kostenfreien Fahrrädern die Hotel Anlage nicht zu verlassen - danke für die Zeit! − Nichts 😊

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit klasse Lage und sehr schönem Strand + Sehr gut geschultes Personal und wirklich sehr zuvorkommen aber nicht aufdringlich. Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und wahrscheinlich die schönste Anlage auf Gili Trawangan − Trotz längerem Nachdenken hätten wir keinen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Wirklich alles sehr gut bis außergewöhnlich gut. Einzig der Trubel weiter nördlich ist schon heftig. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und man merkt in der Anlage selbst auch nichts von dem Trubel
