Romantic dinner at the hotel + We had a wonderful romantic dinner at the hotel, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, making the evening very special. Our server, Doni, was outstanding – attentive, kind, and made sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you for such a memorable night!

Vila Ombak…..Amazing stay + Rooms are a bit dated but spacious. We stayed in the Deluxe Ombak room. Pros: Rooms spacious A bit dated but comfortable Aircon good Wifi good No mini bar which is good for your own drinks Bed comfy outdoor shower great Staff were amazing,so friendly and accommodating Pool was amazing. Would totally stay here again with a few tweaks Cons Only one terrace chair Had to ask for hand towels and face washers, but there were no face washers Need a small clothes line out the back to dry wet clothes Interconnecting rooms are very loud, we had next door talking with family via Zoom until after midnight one night. Need to make them more sound proof.

+ We loved this resort. Clean. Ride ur bike to the front door if ur room. Great breaky eggs cooked as requested. Lovely pool. The gardens are so beautiful and relaxing to ride thru. There’s a few tiles missing in the pool and the wood boards are loose but this didn’t really affect much. Great spot.

Really nice hotel + This is my favourite hotel I’ve stayed in as part of a G Adventures tour. The bedroom is large, light and airy with a huge bathroom. There is some nice outdoor seating too. There are several pools which were all clean. Check in is normally 2pm but on the day we arrived I wasn’t feeling well so didn’t do the snorkelling trip with the rest of the group. The hotel said they would try and get our room ready for 12. I was super impressed that a member of staff actually found me by the pool at 11 to say the room was ready. The hotel went over and beyond and I was really grateful.

AC cooling insufficient + Air Conditioning is not enough for the room size. We had 4 Deluxe rooms. Non of them had enough cooling. We were sweating in the rooms specially in the afternoon . Location of the property is good . We ask for standing fans to compensate the cooling , which were not available.

Relaxing days on Gili T + I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The resort is nice and very closely located on Gili T, close to the night life hot spots as well as to the sunset west side of the island. You can rent bikes and book trips. It has everything you need for some nice days on the island without being exceptional.

Breakfast and BBQ meal are excellent. No complaints. Two pools to choose from. Walking distance to the main hub. Water sports and bicycle hire all well managed and helpful. Could not eat at this hotel + This hotel is very old , staff were good but the rooms are more suited to local standards. Also breakfast was like an army camp standard, we couldn’t eat it it looks dirty. It’s ok however not really suited for Australian family’s.

1 star rooms not 4 star accommodation + Good location at end of main tourist strop.Hotel grounds and facilities were very nice and like the pictures. Two large pools. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms small dark and dingy bed hard and not enough plug sockets. Large bathroom no aircon weird sand pits to the side of the shower, not sure why. Nice outside seating area. Rooms, definitely 1 star. Had a poor foot massage girl insisted on massaging my legs rather than my feet. Make sure you try out the night market to eat seafood very good and much cheaper than anywhere else

Luxury stay for a reasonable price + I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vila Ombak. It was a luxury resort experience for a reasonable price. The rooms were a large size with great air con. The service was attentive and friendly. The pool and loungers were so relaxing and the beach is 30 seconds away. The food was delicious. I recommend the gambas pil pil. And the breakfast was varied, fresh and yummy. The location was also prime with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and a short horse ride away to multiple turtle points. I highly recommend this place for your stay on Gili T.

The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located, creating a relaxing atmosphere that makes the whole experience on the island even more special. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff. They were always available, attentive, and very willing to accommodate our needs, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. A special thank you to Toni, Ivan, Bayou, Tias, and Hasi, who assisted us with great care and friendliness. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful place with outstanding service and genuine hospitality. We hope to come back again soon!
