Très bon séjour au Pondok Massas ! + L’emplacement est un très gros ++. Le personnel très accueillant. Les lits sont super confortables, les équipements sont très fonctionnels. Ménage fait tous les jours avec des bouteilles d’eau et du café/thé à disposition. Le restau est très bon ! − Rien du tout

Wonderful and relaxing + I love the private location and access to activities via a driver. Our driver in the resort Ben was fantastic, really friendly helpful and patient. The showers are massive , food fantastic, beds comfy Very clean

Good value + The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money and a decent location (20 minute walk to Ubud centre). Rooms were cleaned and re supplied with 2 water bottles daily. − Our room was located next to construction works which woke us up occasionally.

+ El hotel es muy mono, muy bien ubicado, con un jardin muy bonito y una piscina pequeña. No pudimos bañarnos porque llegabamos al hotel muy tarde y ya era de noche. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia. Las habitaciones eran amplias, con camas comodas y muchas almohadas.el personal muy amable. − Faltaba un poquito de mantenimiento, por ejemplo, nuestra puerta del armario chirriaba mucho y no cerraba, las puertas de la terraza tampoco cerraban bien y el baño tenia varias juntas rotas. El desayuno era muy estado aunque barato. Cenamos una noche en el hotel pero no repetimos porque no nos gusto la comida.
