4 notti che sono bastate per farci sentire a casa lontano da casa + Noi avevamo la capanna suite con piscina. Ambiente stupendo, vista incredibile, camera super, personale gentilissimo, tutti i servizi extra che ci sono venuti in mente li avevano (noleggio scooter, yoga, transfer da/per aeroporto, massaggi) con additional payment ragionevole. Posizione tranquilla a 10 min di scooter dal centro e con dei ristorantini local nei dintorni raggiungibili a piedi. Tutte le sere organizzano qualcosa se gli ospiti vogliono rimanere in hotel. Super disponibili e sempre raggiungibili su whatsapp. Veramente stupendo!

A mosquito-filled pond rather than a pool, that ruined our experience of Bali. − We booked the one bedroom family sized villa with private pool for myself and 2 daughters, and were gutted to arrive and discover the pool was so green it’d basically become a pond, breeding mosquitos, and completely unuseable. We were promised it’d be fixed the next day, so we went out for the day and upon getting back that night was told it was fixed, and at night it was hard to tell as they’d skimmed the bugs off the top - and I stupidly trusted them and put my feet in it, which led to itchy rashes and bites as it was in fact not fixed. The next day they said they’d get it fixed again, but I requested a refund and said I’d go elsewhere as we only had one more day to enjoy this once in a lifetime trip. They offered a massage and to move us to a different room - so we moved rooms later that day (it wasn’t possible straight away and I wasn’t able to see it first, so again, I just trusted them as they seem…
