+ موظفات الأستقبال كانوا ودودين − المكان غير نظيف والغرف قديمه ومتهالكه والحمامات قديمه ولا يوجد مصعد بالفندق منطفة الأفطار حاره ولا يوجد بها تكييف فقط مراوح والأفطار غير متنوع

It was hell….put it this way .I won’t be staying there again …..it’s really exhausting 😡👎👎 I won’t be staying in Legian + Nothing really the shower pressure was good − it was way too noisy …the curtains weren’t blacked out so it was bright in the room by 600 am so to bad if u wanted to sleep in plus there was a rooster next door waiking up at 4 am every morning👎

Never again! + The Breakfast. − Room issues - dirty marks on the bed sheets, stains on the towels, air conditioning remote not working, no hot water & no available power points (husband requires a sleep apnea machine and no power point near bed) People smoking in the dining & pool areas. Should have smoking and non-smoking areas. Rating would be a 1 if it was not for the breakfast.

Great location but definitely the worst part of the trip if you want comfort + Amazing location in Legian, close to the beach and all the bars and nightlife. Breakfast and room service was incredible and super cheap − Massive shortage on towels, not sure if that’s a common occurrence but throughout our week stay we barely ever got fresh towels and never got beach towels so we often had to just air dry which wasn’t ideal tbh. Also our double bed was just two singles squished together which sucked and the pillows were super uncomfortable. The aircon also wasn’t great

Very comfortable stay with great atmosphere just needs fixing bathrooms and more attention to detail. Cleaning of rooms + Convenient location. Friendly staff. Great pool. − It needs a refresh. Bathroom curtain does not go to ground so water is always on floor in bathroom. Not enough pool towels very hard to get them when wanted.
