Basic, wouldn’t go back. + Nice breakfast, lots of choices. Good location close to shops, restaurants and beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Staff are lovely. − Bathrooms are grotty and don’t feel clean as there old and worn out. Downstairs pool only has 9 sun lounges. Roof pool is nicer, but no shade.

Lovely staff and good size rooms. Great value for money. + The staff are always so friendly and the rooms are a good size − The only issue I had was the air conditioning in my room was not very good. I asked for it to be looked at but it was still not very adequate. It was ok as weather was not too hot but in the warmer periods it would need to be addressed.

Hotel desperately needs repair and updating good location if you like Kuta/ Legian busy traffic area + Lovely staff although the females in breakfast area seem to do sll the work while the men stand around watching − Needs desperate repairs my balcony railing was rusted out at the base quite dangerous . Shower floor floods in cubical poor drainage . The towels were ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.. no longer white but now all grey and actually smell like sweat .. the pool towels smell as well . I think no detergent is used or not enough to save money maybe

We had a great stay, the staff were amazing, in a great location close to everything! The rooms were clean and comfortab + Clean, comfortable, great facilities, fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. − Nothing

If short few night stay is ok, but for long stay it’s not advisable + Near with Airport and beach − The water trap is terrible where only in the shower, it’s flooding. The exhaust fan alone is not enough.

Unimpressed + Convenient . The cleanliness of the grout on walls in shower need to be addressed − Things went missing from my room eg medication packets of smokes and underwear
