Perfect Balinese stay + Loved everything about SAGARA. The design, ambience, location and friendly, helpful staff. We had a family reunion and stayed in the double rooms (huge!), 1 and 2-bed villas. All beautifully appointed and private, but with the hotel service at hand for anything we needed. Lots of spas and restaurants at our doorstep, including the highly rated Costa, Seja and Jungle Tree. 5-mins walk to the beach, and €2 taxi ride to Icon mall. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in and we look forward to returning. − Nothing at all.

Enjoyable , relaxing and an easy walk around area + It was intimate and mostly adults as not children facilities − The ground floor suites don’t have windows or balcony so could feel cave like we spent 3nts in there before moving into the villa

Nice traditional style villa + 1 bedroom villa was a little dated but still lovely and traditional Small hotel which was a bonus always pool chairs available Staff were friendly and location was ok about 10 min walk to beach Would stay in villa again − Liked everything really

Excellent accommodation in Sanur + Lovely resort with huge rooms/suites. 5 minute walk to the beach. Great food at the restaurant. Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. − I would have liked a little more natural light in the room and a fan so we could have fresh air at night rather than air conditioning.

Very comfortable, good location, very attentive staff. + Large rooms, nice swimming pool and gardens. − Bathroom plumbing fixtures need attention, sink does not hold water, shower intermittent water pressure.

Prima optie in Sanur + Ruime, moderne, kamer met prima bed. − Ontbijt is al jarenlang hetzelfde. Niet heel bijzonder.

agreable + J'ai séjourné dans une suite au rez-de-chaussée et j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait un haut niveau d'humidité. L'ensemble de la suite était magnifique. − la situation geographique ,le personnel et l'hotel en lui meme

+ The pool area is gorgeous! Half the property is villas with pools so it isn't too busy there and you always get a lounger. The beds were really comfy and aircon worked well. They supplied mosquitoes plugs which was appreciated. The room was spacious and quiet which is good with a little one. − The shower and bathroom was dirty and smelt. There's built up grime, it needs to be scrubbed and proper cleaning products used. The shower head in the bath was broken so we couldn't bath our toddler properly. We were told we could get an earlier check in and unfortunately that didn't happen so we had a very upset toddler needing a nap.
