Chciałam z tamtąd szybko uciec - było bardzo brudno + Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna − Przede wszystkim zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają stanu faktycznego. Na zdjęciach wszytko wygląda ładnie a w rzeczywistości nie ! Jest bardzo bardzo brudno. Jak zobaczyłam stan materaca rano to się przeraziłam. Łazienka okropnie brudna, pojemniki na mydło - chyba nikt ich nigdy nie mył. A hitem były klapki które daje hotel uwaga wielokrotnego użytku. Na pewno nie jest to standard 5 gwiazdek Wydaje mi się że nawet nie 3 bo czystość w hotelu jest najważniejsza. Chciałyśmy stamtąd szybko uciec. Plusem był bardzo miły i pomocny personel

Nice boutique hotel walking distance to everything + A quiet boutique hotel, not to far from beach. Staff were lovely, breakfast was fantastic, loved that we ordered fresh off a menu each morning and lovely coffee. Big spacious rooms, comfortable bed − Older facilities, shower didn’t have enough light in room and low powered water

Urlaubshotel zum Wohlfühlen + Hervorragendes Urlaubshotel mit großer Auswahl an Frühstücksvariationen von Top Qualität, gemütliches Gartenrestsurant mit Cityblick für Lifeseeing. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter − Das Dinnerbufett mit der Tanzdarbietung ist nicht zu empfehlen, da zu teuer und wenig Auswahl. Ein paar Kinder versuchen sich in traditionellen Tänzen, muss man sich nicht geben.

Stunning resort for couples + Lovely resort for couples. The grounds are truly stunning and well maintained. The resort is FULL of stunning artwork and sculptures. Staff were lovely and friendly, Ivan was especially nice to us. Breakfast is lovely. We loved that the pool was quiet and relaxing ( if you bring kids here make sure they play quietly). − Bathroom was a little bit stinky at times. There are one or two mosquitoes around outside but way less than we experience at home so not a big deal.

Blessed as we arrived, blissed as we departed. + From the moment we stepped out of our Bluebird taxi, we were warmly received and guided gently to the lobby where we were offered a Welcome blessing, and a cool herbal tea before the formal check in process began. I was immediately enchanted with the resort's values and the resort staff. From the culturally authentic decor to the thoughtful rituals, such as traditional bedtime story scrolls and wax paper wrapped biscuits left in our room as part of the nightly turn-down service, we were taken on a journey of beauty and wonder - for which I am very grateful. I have already started planning my return stay! − A big plus was the breakfast. Every thing on the menu was made to order and served to the table - we were able to choose as many of the menu items as we liked - it was almost like a buffet breakfast but fresher and without the waste. The only suggestion I have for 'improvement' is to consider installing an air conditioner in the e…

Dogs and roosters noises ruined everything + The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, next to it there is a farm or something have roosters 🐔 and dogs continuing barking and making noises, you can even sleep for 3 hours straight at night, horrible experience. − Noises

A wonderful serene hotel with easy access to the beach and amenities. + The staff were friendly and accommodating, property was serene and traditional, plenty of lounges by the pool and great food at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful. − Only a small thing but there was regularly no pool towels. Staff quickly replenished the towels when asked.

Nice hotel but make sure there isn’t a wedding on + Beautiful hotel with great facilities − We were not warned of a wedding taking place on our first night. Screaming amplified speeches and music continued to late and then the revellers took to the swimming pool to make more noise.

+ We booked a studio with swimming pool access and ended up being upgraded to the villa. This was such a fantastic experience. The room was fantastic: decorated with taste, comfortable, large, bright with a lot of windows, garden, with a lot of openings. I loved the bathroom which was covered and outside at the same time, The direct access to the swimming pool was exceptional. The staff made us feel special and had a lot of small attentions (e.g., coming at night to prepare the room for evenings). Their special Thursday cultural night with live music and dances was marvelous. I strongly recommend this place. − Not much really. One of their staff could potentially better trained at explaining the differences between their spa massages, but that's not really a big deal.

Sudamala Sanur is numberl sepuluh + The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always freshly prepared and generous servings. The pool is a great spot to hang out with other guests in the afternoon and never too busy. What more could you want. − Nothing

サヌール満喫 + 上品で落ち着ける館内の雰囲気。 中庭を中心に回廊を散歩している感じがします。 部屋は清潔で申し分なし。 友人夫妻と１Fと２Fに分かれて宿泊しましたが、１Fの方がさらに良いです。 朝食も素晴らしかったです。朝食時にリンディックの演奏を地味にやってくれているのですが、それもよかったです。 サヌールの海にも街にもアクセスは良いです。 無料のホテル自転車を借りて海のサイクルロードをサイクリングできたのは最高でした。 − ホテルの問題では全くないですが、ホテル前の道が工事中で騒音がひどかった。せっかくの朝食時のリンディック演奏もかき消されていました。そこが残念！ 繰り返しますが、ホテルの問題ではないです。タイミングが悪かった。。。

Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious sanctuary + It was a beautiful sanctuary very calm and peaceful. we had a lovely big room and bathroom on the upper floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were so happy, polite and helpful. − Nothing really. There was a small problem with the shower on our room. The cold tap would not turn off. But that happened on the morning of our last day. The maintenance team will fix it I'm sure.
