+ Villas are so nice and clean. Very spacious and everything you need. All the staff are very friendly, happy and curtious. Lots of food to choose from at good prices. Glad we chose to stay here as all my family had a fantastic time.

It was such a relaxing and wonderful stay. I would come again. + The villa was exceptional, the grounds immaculate and the staff very friendly. − Loved everything about the property. One little thing… I was interrupted in the middle of a very relaxing massage to ask to clean my room. Not the best timing.

Great value for money! + We enjoyed our spacious villa and good sized pool just at our doorstep. Tasteful decor and landscaping added to the overall Bali holiday vibe. Staff were all very warm and friendly. We liked the easy access to the streets behind the property thru the restaurant and spa. Great choice of restaurants nearby and large supermarket a short walk away. − We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor living area of our villa much as there were many mosquitoes. Quite a number of ants which would get to food lying around too. Property also showing signs of wear and tear, and probably has seen better days. The staff do their best to ensure a comfortable stay though, including helping to light mosquito coils around the villa every evening and providing an electronic zapper to kill mozzies. Daily housekeeping is also very thorough.

Amazing Villa and stay experience! + Villa rooms and garden area was spacious and very clean. Beds were huge and comfortable. Rooms and Villa grounds were cleaned regularly and spacious. Walking distance to the beach and shopping areas. Overall, everything was excellent. If something needed fixing it was attended to immediately. − Nothing really. Only the app to give feedback required a google account which I wasn't willing to create.

Oka and Desak were outstanding + Friendly and expedient upon arrival with the necessary information given allowing ease of use. Impressed with the care taken to ensure welcoming − some areas of the property were not in readiness for arrival. we needed to bring to their attention the mulfunction of some facilities which they attended to during our stay.

Good but a couple of short comings + We enjoyed our stay and probably would stay again. The location was a 15 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The pool, gardens and outdoor kitchen were all well maintained. We stayed in Villa R130, this was one of the Royal Villa's. − The inside of the villa was dated and in urgent need of a refurbishment. Our biggest concern was getting notices two days in a row of the complex getting pest treatment done and our need to evacuate the complex between 5-6pm. On the second treatment, as we were leaving all we could see was a massive cloud of chemicals at least 3 metres high behind our villa. After coming back from dinner the whole villa smelt of toxic chemicals. We slept with all the windows and doors open to remove the smell and hopefully not get poisoned. In hindsight, we should have went to reception and asked to change rooms (think they were fully booked anyway)
