Pleasant + Location,and affordable. − Too much noise,were bus loads of school kids that were very rowdy. Hotel staff did not make an effort to apprehend them. Not a good place if you looking to chill in a peaceful environment The breakfast not appetizing.

You could hear every noise from the room! + Good location and very clean and grateful staff − The hotel was okay, but I feel that for a 4-star hotel, it should have better facilities and service. You could hear everything from the room—whether it was 2 p.m. or 3 a.m., staff were walking by with walkie-talkies and it was all very loud. It was really hard for us to fall asleep. Also, the worst part of the hotel was that smoking was allowed in the restaurant and by the pool. It was unbearable to go downstairs at night because of the strong smell of tobacco. They should definitely ban smoking there. I’m asthmatic and it was suffocating. Overall, I wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars. It was clean and the staff were very friendly, but there are things that really need improvement. Also, even though breakfast was buffet-style, it was mostly noodles, rice, and Balinese food.

No good 👎👎 + Property whas good thanks − No friendly staff ,room was the wrong one? People at night at swimming pool and shouting  at 4hoo am and 2hoo am and when you eat the breakfast, it’s always the same chicken and the other food they never refill you can ask them. They just look at you and never do it.

Sunset hotel had kind and helpful staffs. However, overall stay was disappointing and not upto mark. + Staffs were helpful and were available 24 hours. There were lot of restaurants near the hotel − The corridor floor marble was broken and there would be crack sound every time you walk Bathroom was really disappointing with rusted tap and not functioning There were ants and flies in the room and room didn’t have great odors

Erg gehorig, badkamer is toe aan vervanging, muffe geur.. + Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! − Wc was oud en vervallen, douchekop ook (zwarte vlekken, water stralen scheef) beide was hoog nodig aan vervanging toe. Er was een deur naar de buren naast ons, waardoor we elk geluidje hoorde. We hadden een 2 persoonsbed maar het waren 2 losse 1 persoonsbedden/matras, waardoor samen in het midden liggen, niet mogelijk was omdat het super hard was door de spleet.. dus moesten we aan 1 kant liggen, wat een ervaring geeft alsof je samen op een 1 persoonsbed ligt. Het was niet duidelijk hoe de was werkte, nadat we dit zelf hebben opgehaald, werd er voor 7 kg, boven de €20 gerekend die per direct betaald moest worden, wat niet ideaal was. (Ook vreemd dat we het zelf moesten halen, geen update wanneer het klaar was) Daarnaast hadden we geen uitzicht, raam kon niet open en we keken recht op een muur uit, die bijna tegen het raam aan zit..
