+ The room was big and I love that there is a washing machine and dryer. There's even a dishwasher in the serviced suite. The staff are very friendly. Imagine my surprise when I got a birthday cake on my birthday, even though I didn't request for it. This goes to show that the staff at Parkroyal Serviced Suites are very attentive to details. Special thanks to Regan at the Front Desk, who handled our check in. He was very helpful and even provided suggestions on what to eat.

Good for long stays but cleaning needs attention. + The gym and the pool was amazing / room was spacious and view from room was great . Next to small shopping center good for food. − The cleaning was not great. Housekeeper did not do a good job. Amenities not replenished and they left hair in the toilet and the floors not mopped. Aircon was freezing! Either in or turn it off as you can’t amend anything else.
