Overall, it’s wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. + Great location, very friendly staff, and comfortable bed − The hotel is in need of renovation. The lift is old, and the carpets throughout are worn. Our room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet and curtains need replacing. The shower also needs updating. The room was quite dark with poor lighting, making it hard to do makeup. There was no bottle opener, even after asking for two days.

Comfortable & Relaxing Stay at Jakarta with Delicious Coffee. Room is Kept Clean. + - Breakfast offers wide variety and it was delicious. It is served at the cozy cafe "J.CO Reserve" in the 1F after going up the stairs from GF. Starting a day with delicious espresso style coffee is so pleasant thing. First of all, Indonesia is an exporter of cacao, so it's no wonder we can taste good coffee. Breakfast is not a buffet style, but there are various selection from the menu, continental breakfast, breads, Indonesian Nasi Goreng with chicken. - I'm glad to enjoy a drip coffee by "J.CO Reserve" even at a room, as a welcome drink. So nice. - Location is convenient - located at the southern part of Central Jakarta. "Grand Indonesia Mall", "Agora Mall", and "Bundaran HI" monument is within 10 mins walk. There is a currency exchange at B1F in Grand Indonesia Mall as well. - Transportation access is also convenient - BNI City station, where Airport Express stops at, is within 10mins walk. …

Cozy clean Hotel at Perfect location + The location is great. 400 meter walking from Grand Indonesia and Plaza Mall, 200 meter from LTR Metro station and just 2.5 KM to Istiklal Mosque. - All team was friendly but they find it difficult to think out of the box, but managers were helping. - The pillow is very soft and comfort. - Set menu hot breakfast provided at JCO coffee shop at hotel with good options. - Night reception staff was great help and Erfan at breakfast with team was very smart and active − - No Flexibility for late check out. I had to pay 20 USD for late check out at 6.00 pm. - No room service. - No house keeping to clean room after 4.00 pm. - No flexibility. It was to much for them to accept change breakfast morning coffee with hot chocolate.
