Great villa but room for improvement + Lovely villa with large rooms. Cozy with a nice private pool. − When arriving the staff didn't feel welcoming, we arrived early as I warned them about beforehand but they didn't read the message. So the villa was not ready yet and we were pretty much told to piss off and come back after 2 hours. Instead of then showing our room they just pointed to the general direction, without us knowing which villa was ours. My wife, my mother in law and myself had tattoos done in Seminyak and that night there was some dried ink on the sheets. I informed the staff myself and apologihzed. They told me it would cost 1,2 million to get the ink out. My wife was able to wash the ink of the pillows sheet using cold tap water and dish washing soap. After telling them and getting a text for the manager (supposedly) they reduced the cost to 300k. Which is still a rip off and I suspect the staff is using this as a side hussle since it is very common to get tattoos in S…

Zentrale Lage mit Pool aber leider geräuschsempfindlich + zentrale Lage, Poolanlage hat uns gut gefallen, große und geräumige Zimmer − hatten ein Zimmer an der Straße - war bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, Klospülung & Wasserhahn haben nicht gut funktioniert

Everything ok except breakfast and few minor things which prob not worth mentioning + Breakfast was a let down big time was only one choice off the menu which did not have much to offer and anything you wanted more you had to pay for even half decent coffee or tea and staff weren't very attentive and had big language barrier expected bir more than what we got − Same as above

Really enjoyed the friendly hospitality and for what I paid for 10 days extremely great value! would come back + great value for money, very friendly service, good centralized location (close to ATM, shops, laundry, money changer), good sized room − it was clean enough but people which are really fussy may would have preferred a deep clean, walls are a bit aged and could do with a fresh coat of paint, sitting in the front outside a bit noisy and no privacy as it’s the main thoroughfare
