Great location in heart of Seminyak but you don’t hear the bustle and street noise + Lovely grounds, staff very polite and helpful. Welcome drink and refresher towel on arrival (daytime). Staff at entrance gate were always a pleasure and assisted with traffic crossing!

Wouldn’t come back to this place again. + The location − Cleaners did not lock my door properly after cleaning the room and I returned with unlocked door to my personal belongings (passport and electrical items).

Excellence in Seminyak + I ended up staying three nights instead of one and SO HAPPY I did! The breakfast was fabulous and the staff was even better. So safe, clean and stunning grounds. Will definitely be back! − No room for improvement. Everything was perfect!

+ This hotel is in a good location and is away from the traffic of Seminyak. The staff are friendly. The pool area is nice but we never got to try it as it’s one of those hotels where people are up early, reserve sun-beds and don’t leave all day(not my thing). − This is a very dated hotel and could do with a lick of paint. The towels in the bathroom were grey and have probably been used and washed so many times they have lost any white colour. The breakfast was very poor, flies all over the jams and pastries and just not an inspiring selection.

A wonderful family stay in a beautiful, relaxing hotel with amazing staff. We would happily stay aga + We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vila Lumbung and would happily stay here again. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The grounds and gardens are gorgeous and beautifully maintained, the pool area is fantastic, and everything around the hotel was very clean. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails! We travelled as a family and really loved the atmosphere. It felt very family-friendly without being overcrowded or overly busy, so we could actually relax and enjoy the pool and surroundings. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants, shops and other places within walking distance, and anything a little further away was only a short and inexpensive taxi ride. Outdated but good location. + The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent, right next to some amazing restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious, with beautiful landscaping and a lovely pool area with a pool bar. The food at the restaurant was decent, and the breakfast was good enough considering the price we paid. − The furniture in the rooms is extremely outdated and in need of renovation. It was quite uncomfortable and even a little concerning, as none of the cabinets or drawers would close properly. The main door also had to be slammed to shut. To make matters worse, the bath towels had a strong smell of bleach, which made the overall experience rather unpleasant.

+ Our two storey villa was peaceful spacious and gorgeous also the staff were very attentive − The buffet breakfast could have had more on offer and I didnt like that we had to pay for better quality coffee each morning, I just decided to walk to a local Cafe and have a better breakfast and coffee there.

Great value at an old school Balinese resort, with plenty of comforts + I loved that this was an old school Bali resort, full of charm and personality. It was also amazing value in a greation location - walk to shops and beach, lots of spas close by. The report has everything you need and is perfect for young children. It felt very safe. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the menu also had some good options. The lumbung style villas were very well stocked, really spacious and I loved the outdoor bathroom. − The pool could do with a little bit of a touch up, but for this price it was great value.

Fabulous Resort + The gardens surrounding the villas were so beautiful and lush, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the vibe of the whole place was lovely. − Definitely could use a kitchenette section in the villas but it wasn't a massive issue. Just somewhere with power to utilise the kettel without having to find somewhere to plug it in each time.

+ Duży ogród i basen przyjemny − Hotel ma zdecydowanie najlepsze lata za sobą. Widać, że kiedyś musiało to być naprawdę świetne miejsce, ale obecnie obiekt wymaga pilnego remontu i odświeżenia. Wiele elementów jest mocno zużytych. Baterie są zakamieniałe i miejscami zardzewiałe, drzwi ciężko się otwierają, a wyposażenie, między innymi wiatraki, sprawia wrażenie starego i niewymienianego od lat. Cały hotel wygląda tak, jakby przez długi czas nie przeszedł żadnego większego refreshu. Szkoda, bo potencjał tego miejsca jest duży. Niestety obecny stan obiektu mocno obniża komfort pobytu. Na ten moment nie poleciłbym tego hotelu osobom, które oczekują zadbanego i nowoczesnego miejsca.
