Huge disappointment, cockroach, and fake advertising – Do NOT stay here! + The only positive thing was that the staff members were very kind, and the pool and garden were beautiful, but this absolutely does NOT make up for the ruined vacation and the stress we had to endure. Stay far away from this place! − We stayed here for 5 nights, but from the second day on, we were literally just waiting for the time to pass so we could finally escape this place. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, not even for a single day! The fact that we supposedly got a room upgrade upon arrival is a complete joke given what actually awaited us inside. The unacceptable conditions that completely ruined our vacation: Cockroach and constant fear: On the second day, a huge, 2 cm cockroach ran out from under the wardrobe. Bad Host + I liked the staff, there were more friendly and more helpful when I needed assistance − The senior manager or owner is stubborn and selfish!! After I was told they don't offer floating breakfast, I asked to do a picnic breakfast for my birthday and the staff agreed but when the manager came in the morning he wanted to charge me 500.000IDR for using his facility. When I refused, he became furious and they began exchanging words with my driver in Indonesia, I had to intervene to stop them from fighting

Mooie locatie! + Schone kamer, schattig ingericht. Met klamboe tegen de muggen. Uitgebreid ontbijt: ze hadden een buffet met fruit, toast, andere lekkere broodjes, jam, kleine Balinese zoetigheden en hartige hapjes. Hiernaast kon je nog ei, pannekoeken of balinees ontbijt bestellen + koffie/thee/verse smoothie. Ik vond de omelet met veggies en kaas echt superlekker. De locatie is top; aan mijn lievelingsstraat in Ubud (maar da's persoonlijk), in het rustige gedeelte, maar toch dichtbij het centrum; je kon ook worden gehaald en gebracht met hun gratis shuffle busje. Ze hebben een groot, chil zwembad, met genoeg ligbedden en een mooi uitzicht! − De kamer was een beetje klein, maar ik was er maar 2 nachtjes en ik was veel weg, so it was fine :) Als je kamer aan de weg-kant ligt, dan hoor je het verkeer helaas wel goed. Ook had ik van tevoren geappt of ik de Booking-deal kon krijgen. Als ik direct via hen book, hoeven ze natuurlijk geen commissie af te dragen. Ik kreeg toen te horen dat…

Tranquilidad y naturaleza + Dentro del bullicio de Ubud, venía bien tranquilidad y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal super atento y agradables. − Para desplazamientos necesitas motillo o taxi porque andando era un poco peligroso por carretera. Aunque ofrecían autobús gratis hasta las 18h.

Remanso de paz, con piscina mirando a los arrozales + Los desayunos son maravillosos, fruta fresca, zumo recién exprimido, café, y plato a elegir del menú tanto dulces como salados, con unas vistas espectaculares a los arrozales. El personal súper atento a todo. Nos sacaban fruta fresca que nos sabía a gloria a medio día en la piscina, de cortesia, tb 4 botellas de agua a diario. Estuvimos en una villa familiar, Pejy muy confortable , las camas cómodas y cercano a la piscina. Lo mejor ha sido la libertad de los niños por el hotel al ser pequeño, poder controlarlos en la piscina, desde el comedor. Muchos viajeros solos y tb familias. − El centro de ubud está cerca pero bajar andando es posible aunque no muy recomendable xq no hay acera en todos los tramos. El hotel pone taxi de ida y vuelta cada dos horas para solventarlo. Se oye un poco el tráfico en la parte trasera.

Prima verblijf met fantastisch personeel. + Personeel, locatie, uitzicht. − Badkamer had een slechte regendouche, en douchen in bad is lastig. Wasbak is te klein om de handen te wassen, en de verlichting is te fel.

La ilusión chocó con la realidad + El personal nos atendió bien, como todos los balinenses − Las instalaciones dejaron mucho que desear, no funcionó el agua caliente en la mañana y además el inodoro se tapo y demoraron demasiado en hacer el desbloqueo. De hecho, con mi mujer y mis hijos, buscamos otro alojamiento y nos retiramos, habiendo perdido un día con todo ese trámite

Ik ging met plezier naar mijn kamer😁 + Verassend rustig. (afhankelijk van welke kamer je hebt.Ik zat van de weg af.) Mijn bed was besprenkeld met frangipane bij aankomst. Er werd goed voor mij gezorgd door het personeel. En het ontbijt was ook lekker en afwisselend. − Het is niet echt een heel mooi stuk om naar toe te lopen. Maar met de scooter ben je er natuurlijk zo.

Book here if you want peaceful and close to the city (15 min walking distance) but far enough to feel in paradise + Everything ! − The breakfast is a little bit « limitated » but amazing food anyway

Would be great if they maintained the pool + Nice friendly staff, good service good breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings. − The pool was murky and unusable the whole 5 days I was there, despite them trying to fix it. I paid more for a place for a pool so I feel cheated. My room was lovely, wooden on the right side of the property and rice field view.but they have not invested in soundproofing so the jazz music from the restaurant next door was in our room, sometimes for 16 hours/ day
