Parfait je recommande + Parfait vraiment ! Le personnel les installations les services. Le petit déjeuner (testé le flottant parfait) parfait servi en suite, le service aéroport gratuit avec la pancarte pour nous accueillir, la chambre nettoyée tous les jours avec mis à disposition de nouvelles serviettes, nécessaires de toilettes, mini bar gratuit, .. et une mention spécial au personnel vraiment représentatif de la gentillesse du peuple balinais, communication whatsapp titres facile. − Rien tout était parfait

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé à Ubud ! + Très bel établissement dans un écrin de verdure dans un style authentique tout en étant haut de gamme. Idéalement situé au nord du centre de Ubud , 5 min en scooter , et au calme. Le personnel est très serviable, gentil et au petit soin pour faciliter notre séjour et notre bien être. Le personnel nous a acceuolli tard dans la nuit Check in à 1h30 du matin, ils ont un permanence 24/24 ce qui est très rassurant lorsque qu’on arrive après un très long voyage en avion et taxi dans un nouveau pays qui nous ne connaissons pas. Le personnel est également très disponible avant notre arrivée par whasstap pour organiser au mieux notre séjour. Nous avions réserver en amont pleusieurs choses pour faciliter notre séjour : sortie sur la journée avec un chauffeur privé qui parle français , un massage au spa de l hôtel qui est d’ailleurs un très bel endroit de qualité ( nous recommandons vivement) location de scooter … − La première nuit à notre arrivée la …

Très bon établissement avec un personnel aux petits soins + La piscine, la literie est top, l’emplacement est très pratique pour accéder au centre en scooter rapidement. Gros plus pour le personnel qui est adorable. − Seulement le bruit, l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne dans les chambres, ce qui peut empêcher de bien dormir si nous sommes sensibles au bruit.

La habitación, perfectamente limpia y colocada, el personal, unas personas majísimas y maravillosas, un día Sukarata, Yudi y Tangkas no hicieron unas esculturas de toallas magníficas, y Panda Kay y SHya nos hicieron una decoración de un personaje de manga con hojas de palma, absolutamente increíble. Recomiendo 100%ir a este hotel. − Nada, fue todo perfecto, no hay absolutamente nada malo.

Great stay on the outskirts of Ubud in the jungle + Very nice hotel located on the outskirts of Ubud, surrounded by nature and the jungle. The rooms are well equiped, the gym across the street is excellent, and the pool area is very nice. Food in the hotel is very good. − Breakfast with the busy traffic right in front is a bit noisy. They also have an upstairs restaurant which is much more peaceful.

+ Le personnel était très agréable, à l’écoute et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieux et propres. − Le menu du petit déjeuner ne propose pas énormément de choix, en revanche le fait que le petit déjeuner soit sans heure fixe est extrêmement agréable, ça nous mets pas la pression et nous sentons une vrai tranquillité. Mais menu et variété à revoir.

+ Tout, l'amabilité et la réactivité du personnel,on a fait 3 sorties privées organisées par l'établissement,le guide Esa était génial ! Vraiment on a passé un bon moment dans cet établissement. − Le bruit, notre chambre donnait directement sur la route,et ça circule non stop... dommage le seul point négatif.
