Wonderful stay + Breakfast was good lots of option. What I like the most was the services. The waitresses politely assist me all the time especially Retno. Would definitely come again for my next visit.

Another great stay. Don’t overlook this Hotel. + Another great stay in this Hotel. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. The room was quite cool and comfortable. The bed was very good not to hard. We stayed there for a few weeks and breakfast was a joy to have. A special mention for Ade who made sure we never wanted for anything. He was super friendly and always happy when we chatted in the morning. Else was also very helpful. The food was very good and always hot and fresh. I’d also like to thank Dewi on the management team for her help. I can’t recommend this Hotel highly enough for me the best in Medan. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay so good, We should be there again next year. John & Juli

+ Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer, comfortabel en ruim bed, uitgebreid ontbijt, dichtbij treinstation van en naar de luchthaven. Groot zwembad. We konden eerder in onze kamer en iets later uitchecken, wat erg fijn was.

Requested non smoking got smokers room + Breakfast was good, large amount of options incl a lot of traditional food − We requested a non smoking room, and we got a smoking room. After 21h of travelling this is not good. The air purifier did not perform well, the smoke smell is in everything. We had no choice and couldn't change after asking. They didnt inform us only untill check in. Poor customer service

Joli séjour à Medan + La chambre était bien, le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuné est un buffet asiatique avec énormément de choix et le personnel qui y travaille est adorable. L’hôtel est assez bien situé et assez bien insonorisé. − La personne qui s’est occupée de nous n’était pas toujours très agréable et a oublié diverses petites choses (nous avons ajouté une nuit et nos clés ne fonctionnaient plus le lendemain par exemple). Nous n’avons pas fait de massage, car ils ont lieu en chambre. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. Les cocktails pourraient être meilleurs…

Bon séjour sans l’ensemble. La chambre est correct mais mérite un petit rafraîchissement pour un rapport qualité prix co + Très bien situé et personnel très agréable et professionnel − Le petit déjeuné ne vaut un hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles. Très limité et pas très recherché .
