スタッフの教育が行き届いたホテル。 + 体調を崩してしまった時に、レセプションのMs.Dewe に相談しました。親身になって相談にのってくださり、助かりました。ホテルのマネージャーを始めスタッフの方々も、食べやすいお粥を作ってくれるなど気遣ってくれました。 − 少し、他の部屋の音が気になりました。

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut + Sehr nettes Personal, helfen bei vielen Themen und beraten gerne auch wenn man etwas außerhalb muss, arrangieren die alles für einen und informieren sehr gut. Ist sehr zentral, Riesen Mall neben dran und auch viele Restaurants. Sehr sauber auch das Personal wo die Zimmer reinigt sehr zuverlässig. − Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war der Lärm durch die Baustelle direkt im Hotel. Besonders morgens und am späten Nachmittag bzw. frühen Abend wurde teilweise laut gehämmert und gearbeitet – also genau zu Zeiten, in denen man sich vielleicht im Zimmer aufhalten und etwas Ruhe haben möchte. Unter solchen Bedingungen fällt es schwer, sich wirklich zu erholen. Sehr ärgerlich war außerdem die Preisgestaltung. Am Ende wurde plötzlich von den ursprünglich in der App angezeigten Preisen abgewichen und mir mitgeteilt, dass die Preise für diese Tage inzwischen erhöht worden seien. + The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was pretty good and the overall design of the hotel was nice. − The rooms are spacious but feel a bit old. For the price i would expect it to be a bit nicer. There are newer hotels with nicer rooms for about half the price. It's small details like maintenance in the bathroom or the tv not having streaming. The room service menu seemed not that nice and quite expensive. It's not a bad hotel, it's just that it's about double the price of some other hotels, but not double the luxury of those hotels. Also why do i have to walk through a metal detector and send my bags through a scanner everytime I enter the hotel if you're not even gonna bother to check when it goes off.
