Όλα ήταν τέλεια! + Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Ήταν πρόθυμοι να ανταποκριθούν και να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πολύ καθαροί και προσεγμένοι. Είναι σίγουρα το κατάλυμα που θα προτιμήσουμε την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθούμε στο Ubud. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα! − Κάποιες στιγμές της ημέρας υπήρχαν μερικοί εξωτερικοί θόρυβοι που γινόταν αντιληπτοί λόγω της περιορισμένης ηχομόνωσης του δωματίου.

Just amazing. One of the greatest holiday stays I have ever had, I will be back! + Amazing room service, great prices, very private room. Responsive and friendly staff plus a central location that is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. − Bathroom shower does not drain well due to the way it has been designed. Not a big issue. Could hear neighbours a little through the walls but also not a big issue, was not a problem.

+ Loved our room! Pool was fantastic. Great location close to Ubud for a trip so good to get back to the peace and quiet of our villa. Staff were really friendly and helpful Food was great as was room and quick room service.

Peace and Relaxation + The resort staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. My friend and I had a wonderful stay. We loved that breakfast was delivered to the room. It was peaceful not trying to fight for a seat at the buffet for once. The resort is located in the quieter part of Ubud. There are a couple of premium spas and restaurants in walking distance. They also offer a scheduled shuttle bus that drops you off at a large supermarket right next to the Sacred Monkey Forest Santuary. We were delightfully surprised that it was a one-stop store for souvenirs and groceries. It was convenient to buy drinks and extra water before heading back to the resort. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Bali memorable. 💗 − Everything was perfect.

Peaceful stay in quiet village + The staff were all super friendly! In particular Lila was so nice and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Looking out to the garden and pool was very peaceful and was great to have breakfast in the villa each morning. Highly recommend the Indonesian porridge! The free yoga was also amazing!! − Pool was a bit cold. Didn’t fancy the toilet inside shower cubicle. Walls were thin and could hear neighbours talking and closing doors (fortunately a noisier group moved in only on our last night). Aircon was noticeably loud when sleeping. Too far to walk to the center but the occasional free shuttle and Grab helps (only traffic is so awful).

Beautiful quaint resort with amazing food and very friendly staff + The resort was quiet, clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The food was fantastic. Our lovely driver Ketut Putra, took us on the most incredible day trip around Ubud. There was a free shuttle into town multiple times a day organized by Purana which was very helpful. Our villa had an amazing private pool and tons of space. We loved our stay and wish we booked more nights!!

+ La struttura tutto sommato è bella − Abbiamo scritto per avere un massaggio e ci hanno risposto 2 giorni dopo. Siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo chiesto una cena e ci hanno detto che era tardi, fuori non c'era nulla di aperto. Prima di andare vi ci hanno fermati 5 minuti nonostante la fretta per controllare che non ci fossero cose rotte in stanza o furti...non è stata una gradevole sensazione e in tutti gli altri alberghi non è successo

The best stay during the trip in Bali + Very lovely staff, beautiful, spacious and clean room. I love how they use the flowers to decorate the room!!! − I’ve been living in so many hotels around the world, it’s the first time that I was charged for missing room key card, but this is fine, just wanted to point out. Another thing is that I am pretty sure I left a bag of chocolate in the fridge, but when I asked the hotel, they said they didn’t see it. I prefer them being honest and saying that they thought that it was something I did not need anymore so they threw it than saying they didn’t see it because it’s for sure it’s in there. Again, I understand the reason behind it.

Tolle Küche, wunderbarer Aufenthalt, perfekter Service und Personal! + Ruhige Lage, perfekter Service, wundervolles freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend individuell bestellbar, das Restaurant herausragend und sehr preiswert! Noru ist ein wunderbarer Koch, er kommt persönlich zum Tisch und er macht auch wunderbare Kochkurse. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht: die Villa mit eigenem Pool ist sehr groß, toll ausgestattet mit Schränken und Ablagen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man hat durch die umlaufende Mauer im Außenbereich eine absolute Privatsphäre. Der kostenlose Shuttle-Service nach Ubud ist ein toller Service, auch wenn man von dort bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten noch ein Stück Weg zu gehen hat. − Das zweite gebuchte Zimmer war ein normales DZ, es ist sehr dunkel gelegen und roch etwas muffig. Die Außenküche der Villa im Terrassenbereich ist bereits sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen.
