+ Clean room, nice breakfast, big pool and friendly staff. − There was nothing i didnt like. However, suggestions for improvement for me would be: - what I would have appreciated is more vegetarian options in the restaurant. There is only one veg meal and no veg starter. - Also the wifi signal could be stronger and more consistent in the rooms.

+ The service was amazing, they treated you like family. Amazing food and the rooms where very clean, they gave you free water every day and the utilities in the bathroom where amazing, they had shaving kits, dental kits, shower caps, and a comb all for free, I would love to go again. − The shower took a while to heat up but it wasn't that bad considering everything else was amazing

But good quality and freshness. room: good bed and pillows, nice design, good size - balcony or stoop with chairs (for ground floor rooms) Pool: very nice, clean and green The whole resort is lush and green and well-kept Hotel staff all very friendly. − * One day there was suddenly a group of guests with 10 kids plus several adults who hogged the pool - very noisy, diving screaming, spalshing and causing a ruckus - for hours. I complained to the pool staff and the manager, but nobody achieved that these people stay quiet. It was very annoying and spoiled my whole afternoon which I had planned to spend reading and with a glass of wine. Instead of making these people leave I was suggested to vacate to the neighbouring resort where there was an adult-only pool. But my question was - why should I move, when I'm not the problem? * the bathroom wasn't renovated. The shower glass had not been cleaned for …

Fijn en ruim opgezet hotel net buiten Ubud met lekker en groot zwembad. Grote kamer welke schoon is met heerlijke bedden + Fijn ruim opgezet hotel buiten Ubud. Met een grab ben je (door de drukte) vaak 40 minuten onderweg naar het centrum maar dat vonden wij niet heel erg. Ze hebben ook een shuttle service op bepaalde tijden. Groot en fijn zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was heel ruim en schoon, erg prettig. Mooie badkamer met heerlijke douche en een fijn bad. Wij hebben hier genoten met knze kinderen! − Sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe, zoals een roestige douchekop. We vonden de eetruimte niet heel sfeervol.
