nice clean hotel + Very nice hotel, the standard room is small. The bar is located just next to the swimming pool. the breakfast is ok with a lot of choice. the hotel room have a balcony but the view is other people house.

great + We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very convenient with plenty of warnings and restaurants in a nearby mall. Our favourite sate "Sate Ratu" is just few minutes away. and most importantly, The room is clean!

Good breakfast + We stayed in 236, decent amenities good pillows and the hot water works well. And i love that they improved their service. I read earlier in the reviews that the towels aren’t good enough but when I was there the towels are clean, look new and crisp. The location is close to Jcm. Oh and take the breakfast, they’re good and they have lots of pastries. Overall good stay.

comfy hotel + i stay 2 night in this hotel, room is simple, and neat, first night the air conditioner is so hot and they fixed very quickly (good job!). breakfast is great, a lot of variation between indonesian cuisine and western. overall great and comfy hotel!

Not bad + I had a pleasant stay at Crystal Lotus Hotel Yogyakarta. The design of the hotel is tasteful and well thought out. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was superb with a great variety of options. However, there was a noticeable sewage-like smell in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Overall, an okay stay with some highlights and room for improvement. − there was a noticeable sewage-like smell in the room

I will be back at the hotel sooner than later + The property provide a central location to Yogyakarta with the addition that the property such friendly staff and always ready to help − They is not much I didn’t like about the property as I’m a chef so the little things can be fixed right away

+ Die Unterkunft war super, dort gibt es grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Wir haben im gesamten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alle waren sehr engagiert, die Wäsche wurde super gewaschen und die Zimmer waren stets gemacht. Die Drinks an der Bar waren köstlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet. − An den Tagen wo wir da waren, fand im Hotel ein Videodreh statt. Am Tag unserer Ankunft is es, dass am nächsten Tag der Pool deshalb für einen Tag gesperrt sein wird. Dieser war allerdings am Ende fast drei Tage geschlossen, weshalb wir ihn während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzen konnten. Am dritten Tag als er geöffnet wurde, wurde dieser erst gereinigt und Dinge vom Dreh weggebracht , weshalb man auch nicht sofort reinkonnte. Hier wäre unserer meinung mach eine kleine entschädigung für die gäste anmessend gewesen, wenn ein Pool so lange gesperrt wird und dieser eigentlich zur buchung dazugehört. Das war das einzigste Manko.
