Not too great, only near to mall, thats it.. + Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in the city center and connected directly to Jogja City Mall. While the mall itself is a nice mall, but the hotel itself is not nice at all. The room is spacious, but old and all the furniture are outdated. The room is also smell like its being ages. The room need rennovation. Nothing special in the restaurant. The food taste average, and some of the utensils are old and some of them even broken and not eligible for a 4 star hotel. In the hall, i even see a cockroach. That is a horrible thing. Please renovate immediately. Thank you.

Terrible Experience – Not a Real 4-Star Hotel + We stayed here as a family with two toddlers on July 2–3, 2025, and it was a nightmare from the start. We arrived late at night and were given a room (1624) that was already occupied! After waiting 20 minutes, we got another room (1608) but it was dirty, with yellowing sheets, an unclean shower, and an uncomfortable bed. When we asked for a small late checkout after a long drive, we were rudely denied. Even worse, no one came to help with our luggage despite our request, so we had to carry everything ourselves. This place lacks basic hospitality and cleanliness. It felt more like a cheap motel than a 4-star hotel. Do yourself a favor—skip this place and book somewhere else. We left early and will never return.

nothing to remember and not coming back that for sure + hotel is very old, need renovation badly. badroom unlock at 4 am in the morning - very bad experience. TV quality is very poor. − hotel conditions iss very bad

Pengamalaman menginap selama tiga hari yang menyenangkan. Recomended. + Lokasi strategis, konek langsung dengan Mall Yogya dan stasiun kereta. Kamar bersih, luas. nyaman. Pelayanan memuaskan. − Variasi dan kualitas sarapan perlu ditambah. Makanan, minumam hangat diperhatikan.

Same Or Similar Meals All The Time At Breakfast + The Rich Hotel was the place selected for a large group Hashes from around the world for at least 4 days. I am still at Rich Hotel travelling back on Thursday. My room was 805. Super friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was very disappointing. Most meals had sugar or full of oil. No variety. Yogyakarta's favourite dishe Gudeg was only served once. Very disappointing spread. The rooftop pool was under construction

Very comfortable hotel + The Rich Hotel is slightly outside the city centre. It is a very large hotel used to hosting conferences. Rooms are in two blocks, a tower block and a low rise block beside the pool. Rooms are large and comfortable. All come with a refidgerator as well as a kettle. Good bathroom and shower. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with the choice of sitting inside or on the terrace. There is a bar with bar food in the foyer. The hotel adjoins a big shopping centre where there is also a choice of eaterys as well as a supermarket in the basement. Although a ride from the station, it is near the bus station.

Next trip kembali rich hotel lagi tengkiuu + Akses ok, kamar luas, air panas on, AC dingin ,tv on, kolam renang luas, breakfast makanan enak anak" sukaa banyak pilihan − Tolong stopkontak hairdryer kamar 1730 dicek masa copot gitu dibiarkan, wifi parah lemot saran dibuat wifi khusus pengunjung nginap per lantai agar g lemot
