Ra Suites first experience + We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities and service were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the kids’ pool was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. We would definitely come back again.

Excellent and friendly service, great breakfast buffet, very comfortable beds + Good location in South Jakarta, around 30mins from Blok M, Mayestik and different big malls. Around 45-60mins from the airport. There is a big food court 5mins walk away from the hotel. − The crossing in front of the hotel has a lot of traffic, which can make it hard to get a Gojek quickly. But traffic is a problem all around Jakarta.

Family place and good thai food + We had a wonderful dining experience at the poolside restaurant in RA Suites Simatupang. The Thai food was excellent authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was fresh and delicious, and the relaxing poolside atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Miss Okta for her exceptional service. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome and added a personal touch to an already great dining experience. We look forward to coming back!

+ excellent rooms, great variety of breakfast, friendly staff − i stayed at ra suites immediately following my wedding and requested the hotel to commemorate it in the booking. we got a slice of cake in our room, which was nice, but honestly we expected a more memorable or personal touch.

Fantastic! + We stayed a at a 3 and 2 bedroom apartment. The interior is very nice, the staff is very helpfull and even helpt us in the middle of the night to get a room. Breakfast is outstanding. Easy access to the MRT. − Traffic is relatively bad, although Citos in in walking distance, so is the MRT station.

the manager is so kind that i was upgraded by i have problem with my beddings hehehe + very near my place of meeting. the staff are very approachable − The bedding has an unpleasant odor and is not comfortable to sleep on. It appears it may not have been changed.
